And I heard one of the pop2k bumpers the other day which plays quick snippets of songs on the station and "Gold Digger" was in one of the bumpers.

If they keep the order from late 2022, it will be 2/18/89 and I don’t think that chart has ever been used. If it’s 1983, it will be the 2/19/83 chart, which will be the first in 10 years. I’m fine with either or, it’s just a matter of when we will find out.

It is a surprise for them to air special countdowns this weekend, They usually do Memorial day, fourth of July or New Years.

This week's Casey lite... Top 46 artists of the 80s! No regular countdown this weekend? I guess there goes our chances of doing both 1983 and 1989 in February. Neither have been featured since 2019.

The things that I notice quickly is how low Gloria Estefan is on the 80s list yet how high she is on the 90s list. You'd think the positions would be opposite. Also, hard to fathom Sheena Easton is the 2nd highest female artist of the 80s. Either I'm underestimating her impact, or just shows how anti-woman 80s music tended to be (compared to the 90s where solo females held 5 of the top 6 spots).

According to the SXM site, 90s this week is yet another f**king special: the Top 30 Hip-Hop Hits of the 90s. I know the top hip hop songs of the 90s has been aired before their it is in this thread somewhere, in fact it aired last year or the year before.
