Might be ideal for to go with 1981 next week and I bet they will go with 1/31/81 which would be a brand new chart aired in a month. I don’t know if they’ll switch things up again anytime soon, let alone another Presidents’ Day countdown to back things up. February 1983 and 1986 has been underplayed so I strongly think those two years will air next month. They did March 5th 1983 last year so hopefully we don't get a repeat of that chart

Then February maybe February 7, 1981, February 15, 1986, February 19, 1983. They might end the month with 1985.

4 weeks after December 1995. Lots of repeat songs. Not only that, but they managed to play five 1995 shows in the second half of 2023, three of which were 4-time repeats. At least this week's 1996 show was not a repeat from the past two years.

On the one hand, the 90s countdown was once again *not* a repeat from the past two years. However, this is only because two years ago they mistakenly played the 1/5/91 chart during the last week of January. So, most likely they went their usual "what did we do two years ago" route, but this time they played the correct chart (mostly).
Also, they seem to have played the original album version of Play That Funky Music. I only learned a few years ago that the version heard on countdown shows at the time had been re-recorded after the success of Ice Ice Baby.

for the 90s countdown, Nelson's "After the Rain" was mistakenly put at #6 with Vanilla Ice & Madonna down a spot. On the 00s countdown, Kelly "Miss Independent" was played instead of Ne-Yo's. AGAIN.
That is pure BS. I know they have Neyo's Miss Independent. I heard it in general rotation.

They did March 5th 1983 last year so hopefully we don't get a repeat of that chart My pick for next week would be January 28th, 1989. Then February maybe February 7, 1981, February 15, 1986, February 19, 1983. They might end the month with 1985. So far my guesses have come true.
