It is only at #69 on the Hot 100 because it has not yet been released digitally. Once it gets released it will go top 10 and hopefully all the way to #1.

I don't think so. I don't even know what number she is on teh chart since iTunes is being stupid. She's #2 on the Today's Top Albums chart, but I still don't get why it's even on that chart when it's not on the album.

They have finally fixed the charts and "TLTL" is #5 on the top songs chart. Likely will be #1 sometime today.
Does anyone know if it has been released to other digtial download stores?

The charts have been fixed. But I dont think JoJo will go to #1. If she was going to go to #1, she should have been #1 at iTunes by now at this point. I blame iTunes. I think if the site wasnt down and all that confusion didnt happen, she could have had a chance.
