Well, it looks like they're back to being one week behind, but it's sort of hard to tell based on some of the songs on the chart versus their positions on the R&R chart. For example, "Grillz" by Nelly breaks into the Top 30 on the January 13, 2006 chart. Why is it this week's Breakout Track. And what's up with The Click Five's "Catch Your Wave" being on the chart while it's only at #37 on R&R (with some songs above it, like "Walk Away" and "Right Here" not yet on AT40)? Oh well, maybe things will match up once the charts begin moving a little faster.

Wow, Papa Roach sure took a dive this week, huh? Maybe it won't break the 50-week record of "Here Without You" by 3 Doors Down. "You And Me" looks as if it might fall out before it hits the 50-week mark. So it's entirely possible that the record won't be broken for quite some time now. We'll have to wait and see.

You got it. There will always be differences between AT40 and the R&R chart (even with recurrents added in) because the station panels are not the same.

I heard her song last week and it's pretty good. I believe she's from Germany. The last solo woman from Germany to hit the Top 40 was Sarah Connor with "Bounce."

She's only at #43 on the "recurrentless" R&R chart for 1/20. I'd say that we're a good couple weeks away from her AT40 debut.
