You can thank the low bullet because of the 4th of July holiday weekend...she'll bounce back in about a week.

Damn the 4th of July weekend is taking its toll on radio. Radio is playing all these weird songs. All mainstream radio songs are slowing down. The bullet will pick up by Wednesday or Thursday. And tomorrow the buillet is likely to drop because of what happened last week on the panel. So don't panic LOL What happened last week? She took a pretty steep drop from +619 to +350, and it looks very unlikely that she will got top 10 this week. Oh well, maybe next week. I never saw it at +350 until today...a holiday...and certainly not last week unless it did it for one day or a few hours and I missed it. Several other bullets are wonky due to the stupid holiday weekend specials. I hate them! (and always have-not just because its slowing our girl down )

I don't think it's just the holidays. Christina's bullet got cut into half. It dropped the most out of any song on the chart. Hopefully, that continues.

What about Beyonce? She went from nearly +1200 to 800 something. Or is that just the holidays because you like Beyonce?

lol, Beyonce at +900 yesterday. She was at +1200 like last week. It's normal for that to happen.

There's a difference between a song collapsing in half within a day and a song decreasing by 100 a day. I don't even like Beyonce, i'm just pointing out the huge collapse of Christina's bullet. Her total spins from yesterday to today suffered a -70 drop. That seems a lot for a song that was increasing it's total spins by like +50 jsut a few days ago.

the song so far has enough power to peak at #7 or around. Just check how it's doing in comparission some other of her hits in the same time (this is the R&R weekly run):
35 20 11 07 05 - Beautiful 41 22 14 10 06 - Lady Marmalade 47 24 16 13 11 - Ain't No Other Man 37 27 21 14 11 - Can't Hold Us Down 43 25 20 15 12 - Fighter 43 29 23 16 16 - Dirrty
By wednseday it will start climbing up fast on its way to a higher peak. #10 tomorrow anyway.

Hopefully, it doesn't hit a brick wall like "Dirrty" and whoosh on down the chart. I guess we'll have to wait and see. I am also genuinely concerned for the Janet track. Granted, I'm not too fond of it, but she and Christina have both slowed down big time.

I don't think we should worry for Christina now since it looks like she'll make top 10 officially next week. Janet on the other hand...

^In all fairness, Janet hasn't even gone for adds and won't until July 18th.

That comparison is very incomplete. What were the bullets of those other songs at this time? Because, to be honest, her bullet is falling VERY quickly, while Lady Marmalade, on the other hand, was still exploding on the chart and would set the record for the most spins for a #1 song on pop radio. Plus, all those other singles except for Dirrty, if I remember right, still had strong bullets. I wouldn't be surprised if ANOM loses its bullet in two weeks and possibly as soon as next week.

She hit top 10 on pop! Her bullet is down to +217, but she gained 15 spins from yesterday.

Well, at least "Ain't No Other Man" made it to the top 10. It has a chance to make it to #9 this week, assuming Gnarls Barkley doesn't jump over her.
I would really like to see that bullet increase though.

I bet she is almost done, but I wouldnt be surprised to see a slight jump in the bullet after the holidays...which has certainly hurt her a bit.

Yep-most major artists release remixes now or rerelease the entire cd in order to get more sales and stuff. Remixes for songs wouldnt help too much as they now count as two different things since the rules change, so dont worry too much musicfan7 ;)

Bullet is down to +179 and spins are up by 26. Hopefully it won't take too long for the song to rebound from this 4th of July effect.
