"WKXP 94.3 Kingston NY becomes first all-Christmas station of the season" I don't remember the call letters and am assuming it doesn't appear in any ratings. Kingston is in between Poughkeepsie and Albany. Radio-locator didn't find any matches, so I don't know what format WKXP is, but there's a good chance it's Adult Contemporary.

Maybe Christmas will start on Labor Day next year. That would make sense since there are some claims that Jesus was actually born in September.

Here are the details about WKXP if anybody is interested: www.radio-info.com/mods/board.php?Post=55256&Board=ctcThis post belongs in the Radio forum though. If 100000watts called stations by their radio market, not the town they are based in, I may have started the topic in the Radio forum.
