I like the Hannah Montanna song....She should get a pop mix out :) Isn't "We're All In This Together" getting some Pop soins as well? We should re-name the station B a Kelly Clarkson High School Musical 5 :)

You wouldn't happen to have the June 11th chart. I missed that one.

Umm..Cha Cha Slide's been out since '01 It didn't make the Radio Disney charts until 2005 (first played as a Move-It or Lose-It song on 2/6/05) & didn't officially debut in the Top 30 until weeks after this. You gotta thank mobile/club DJs for its success on Radio Disney as they are the only ones who have been playing for 6 years & some probably still do. Finally, someone picked it up besides 'em.

That and Radio Disney charts whatever the little brats pick. They could probably dig up "The Wedding Bell Blues" by the 5th Dimension if the kida thought it was cheery enough.

I somewhat wish there was a KIDS radio station, rather than Radio DISNEY. Offcourse songs about HSM and Hannah Montana are going to top the charts! It doesn't really give you a feel for what kind of music the kids are REALLY into, you know? Although, I must say...that Hannah Montana song is pretty damn catchy.

It would make the chart if it was a remake like Do You Believe Magic by Ally & AJ. They have/had a feature called 20th century tune, instead of playing a real 20th century they always play some lame remake. Susan Huber always comes up with an excuse that she can't find the CD or her dog, Rita, grabbed this one instead.

When did they add this one?: 15 Hampton the Hampster/HamsterdanceThat one has been out for years! The radio countdown first aired in 1996. I don't know the date when it first debut, my guess would be 2000, so it's been on the chart for about six years. I do know it's been on every week since August 2003, except it was off-the-chart from 5-16-04 to 10-10-04 & only played one time during with period as Susan's special request (8-8-04). This was probably because Ernie Dee was the guest host for Susan that week. :o

Radio Disney is psychotic crap. They change the lyrics of S.O.S. to sound like a major retooling. And with Kelly Clarksons Because of You they cut ou the last 3 lines of the climactic part of the song (and now I cry in the middle of the night, for the same damn thing) and just cut straight to the chorus making it sound like a complete and utter mess.
And they take the whole "I watched you die, I heard you cry every night in your sleep" and make it "I watched you cry, I heard you cry". Its so retarded!
People at Radio Disney need to be shot

How long has Beautiful Soul been on there? lol. Debuted on 11-23-03 It didn't hit #1 until the spring of 2005 It probably holds the Radio Disney record for the slowest climb to #1 (close to 70 weeks)

Note to self: If I ever become a recording artist for a major label, make sure my songs are made in such a way that they can never be edited enough to be non-offensive enough to be played on Radio Disney.

Enough old songs on the countdown. How the heck can Hampton the Hampster still be on there? It's ridiculous.

So when it plays, I'll rip it so you guys can hear how ridiculous it is!

It's not just Radio Disney that thinks S.O.S. needed some editing. The March '06 Promo Only created what they called "PROMO ONLY Clean Edit" for Mainstream Radio. I guess if I had the time I would try to find out what lyrics were offensive and changed/removed.
By the way, the July '06 Promo Only CD contains Promo Only Clean edits of "Ain't No Other Man", "Mighty 'O'" & "U And Dat". Plus, these songs were given a content warning label "I Write Sins Not Tragedies", "Sexy Love", "Mighty 'O'", "Summer Jam", "U And Dat", "These Walls" & "Tap That". "Ain't No Other Man" did not have a warning content label just a clean edit made the PO staff.

The line that was changed from the album version was: Take me on, I could just die up in your arms tonight.
The radio edit has: Take me on I'm put desire up in your arms tonight

radio disney is funny. a few years back if you turned it on you'd get a hilary duff song every other song played.
now, we need a Hannah Montanna vs Cheyanne or however you spell that idiot's name, death match.

You must like Kelly Clarkson & Raven. In one hour, you heard 3 Kelly songs & in two three B5 songs. It's good to see B5/Who's Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf down to #11 from #1 in three short weeks. It's kinda like the #1 to #14 of "Fly" by the Duffster. She never recovered as a #1 contender. I just hope B5 floats in the same boat.
