I'm adding the point totals for the top 40 charts from Billboard, R&R from 1974 on and Cashbox until 1993 but now I'm average the chart positon if the song apprears on both charts.
example:
The Beatles' Yesterday was at #5 on Billboard and #8 on Cashbox during a chart week. That means I averaged them to a chart position of 6.5 with the tiebreaker going to where the song is on Billboard Hot 100.
Also when I get to the chart year of 1974, I'll try to find weekly pop charts from R&R and add it to the total
