This song is so obscure I can't find any radio stations who even have it to play on their flashback lunch hours. I know it must have been a big dance hit back in the late 1980s because KISS FM used to play it all the time and I certainly remember it and can sing it. Didn't this song exist? Or am I dreaming?

Actually, this song was from 1991, so that's probably why no 1980s stations play it (although there are 80s stations that play several songs from 1990 and 1991). When 90s stations start popping up in a few years, they'll probably play the song. In the meantime, are there any stations in your area that play shows like "Retro-Stars with Dave Stewart" and "90s Backtrax USA"?

I loved this song... bought the CD a few years after the fact for a couple of bucks.
Peaked at #2 for two weeks in both R&R and Billboard.

I thought this song was so/so, but it sounded so much like all the other dance music that was charting at the time. The follow-up, "Hey Donna" was pretty good at first, but I quickly grew tired of it. My favorite song by them was the ballad "Blinded By Love", which petered out at #32 in early 1992. It was one of my top songs of 1992.

Peaked at #2 for two weeks in both R&R and Billboard. I recall Shadoe Stevens pointing out that 3 songs had peaked at #2 behind "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You" and this one was one of them. That might've been a record at the time. I can't think of any #1 songs off the top of my head that had 4 or more songs peak at #2 while it was at #1.

I'm not sure how many songs peaked at #2 behind songs like "I Love You Always Forever", "Torn", and "We Belong Together", but it's probably no more than three, since songs are spending a long time at #2, either en route to #1 or on their way down the chart from the top spot. I remember back in 1998, "Truly Madly Deeply" by Savage Garden was knocked out of #1 by "My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion, which spent nine weeks there. I believe Savage Garden spent those same nine weeks at #2 and then moved back into the top spot, making it the song whose number one run was interrupted for the most weeks. As a result, Celine Dion's long run did not cause any songs to peak at #2.

It was kinda plain. They had better songs.

This is REALLY obscure, but I do know it, and I like it.
It's one of those songs that looking back, I'm surprised it got as high as it did. :o

I love this too! One of my friends who is into 80s and 90s music only introduced me to this one. I saw him listening to it on Last.FM all the time so I went and found it. I like the vocals on this one. Their other music was good too.

Fun pop song, but one of several forgotten songs from that era to peak so high.

I heard this on a 90s pop internet radio station that I used to listen to. Back when it came out, B96 (the rhythmic top 40 station in my market) played it but I don't remember it (I was very young back then). I do like it although I prefer other early 90s dance-pop hits of the era.

Sirius XM's 90s on 9 played this a lot last weekend on the 1991 countdown show.
Awful video, catchy song.

"Got L.U.S.T. on my mind...but is she N.A.S.T.Y.?" . . . oh, those priceless '90s! I actually loved this song when it came out and I still listen to it from time to time.
