Peaked at #7 on CHR/Pop for 5 weeks! :o
What a very cool song that would give memories if I heard it again :)

It was a pretty good song, reminiscent of his father's music but with his own style... it did get overplayed, though.

Very good song.
How come we haven't heard anything from Tal since then?

I thought this was boring at first, but once it clicked it quickly became a favorite of mine at the time.

One hit wonder... I still remember the chorus... well not quite... hahaha... "She's so high... high above me... she's so lovely..."

This is a great song, which is so weird, considering I don't like most 1999 music.

One of my favorites of 1999. The song also spent a couple of weeks at #1 on the Hot AC chart. I still listen to it sometimes today and it is still as catchy as ever.

i enjoyed it at first, but being that Tal was Canadian, overpleyed it was, thus making me become very annoyed with this song

Though not that exciting, I preferred his two follow-ups (at least up here in Canada) "If You Sleep" and "Strong Enough".

I remember talking to my brother about this song when it came out. It was a good song to listen to when you had nothing better to listen, but overall it was an alright song.

This song took forever to catch on, I remember it going for adds in like February and not peaking until like September. Did they even try to promote a follow up for him? I swear he didn't even get into the New & Active or any other chart.

I swear he didn't even get into the New & Active or any other chart. He had a follow-up single called "If You Sleep", which peaked at #35 on the Hot AC chart in early 2000. It was a very minor hit that never took off on any other format; so Tal Bachman could easily be considered a 1-hit wonder.
