The soundtrack version was a rock mix, the single for radio stations was the dance remix.

This is a nice song, wasn't it one of the few which she co-wrote if I remember correctly?

Yes, Whitney cowrote and coproduced this one. It's my favorite Whitney song, and that's saying alot! The original is killer and the remix is dry.

This is certainly one of her best dance tracks.

I always preferred the CJ Macintosh remix. Whitney really had some incredible dance mixes.

The CJ Macintosh remix was excellent. I didn't care for the other versions.

I don't really remember the follow-up singles from the bodyguard soundtrack so i've just recently gotten into this one. CJ Macintosh's mix is definitely the best version of this song.

Great song, reminds me a little of "Free Your Mind" by En Vogue. Yup, came here to say just that. I always thought one of the songs sample the other (idk which one came out first).....do they? ???

I find it extremely noisy. I don't like it at all.

CJ Macintosh Remix was my fav. It is very much in the same vein as his remix of Luther & Janet's "The Best Things in Life Are Free" from the same period.

The production just sounds similar. I always found myself getting the song lyrics mixed up for both because the production was so similar; luckily they are both good songs on their own.

Not one of my favorites, but I wonder if she would've racked up two more pop top 10s if this was released after "I Have Nothing" and then "Run To You" instead of the other way around.

I like the song but the remix is bland, always hated how it made onto The Greatest Hits (EU version with the otherwise original versions). Thankfully they went with the album version on I Will Always Love You: The Best Of Whitney Houston!

I Love this song. Whitney was on fire during The Bodyguard era and I think this song having a different sound for her and being uptempo would have great fro her. I Love "Run To You' but I think it should have been the last single released. I don't even think in the US this was really promoted to radio was it. I thought that remix was to benefit the uk and just happened to get play because Whitney was Huge at the time.
I always found the dance mix sucked the life out of the song. Even when she did this version it was such a letdown. However her European fans LOVE it just like they love the "I'm Your Baby Tonight" remix which was promoted as their original/main version.

"Queen of the Night" was a top 20 hit at top 40 radio, and top 40 on the overall airplay chart.
It's not one of my favorite Whitney songs, but it's alright.
