i dont see the appeal in Uprade U either. and listening to it, it has a different meaning than i had thought it would.
i love Irreplaceable, and hope it's a huge hit.

Great song and it looks like it's gonna make it big!
For me, it is very interesting that Beyonce had to wait for a 3rd single to get a real hit on pop. Just her name would be enought to give her crazy spins on the format like a year ago.

I don't think adds date matters now ... it is pretty obvious from the spins it got so far that the song works for them and they will make it a hit.
