#1 for 2 weeks. From the soundtrack to "Pretty Woman" and probably their best known song.
It's a great song, very catchy.
Little piece of trivia. This was originally written as a Christmas song, titled "It must have been love (Christmas for the broken hearted)", but was re-written for the Pretty Woman Soundtrack.

This is my second favorite Roxette song behind "Listen To Your Heart".

I love this song.
Ranked #40 on AT40's "Top 40 of the 1990's" countdown.

This song was number one for one week on R&R (the first week that it topped Billboard, R&R was ruled by "U Can't Touch This" by MC Hammer, which only got to #8 on BB, due to its being released as a single after the fact.

IMHBL spent 2 weeks at #1 on my chart, ranking at #4 for the year. When I was looking at the chart, there is a glaring mistake(s) on a song that debuted at #29 that week.

I used to not like this very much, but it grew on me after a few listens. Now I think it's great.

This never really did much for me. There are much better Roxette songs.

My mom had this on tape and we used to listen to that tape in the car. Been knowing it since my early days.

I think this is their best song, followed closely by "Listen to Your Heart."
Marie's voice is great.

It was OK but I prefer the songs from their next album better.

For the life of me, I could never remember what movie this was in. I heard this entirely too much growing up. Lol

Iconic. It's just so dreamy and listenable throughout. I can't even tell if its cheesy or not. It wasn't at the time, that's all I can say for sure. One of their best singles.
I've also noticed that it's definitely one of the most played ballads from the early 90s on today's gold radio. At least on my local gold stations. I hear it all the time, anyone else?
