Hello you are right Puddle Of Mudd did have another hit after Blury called She Hates Me. But it never hit Pat's Top 40. Blurry hit our top 10. Although She Hates Me hit the R&R and Billboard charts, it never hit ours so Puddle Of Mudd is a one hit wonder on PT40. As far as I remember Poison only hit the pop chart once hitting No.1 with "Every Rose Has It's Thorn." Thanks for the comments. Talk to ya soon. :)

Martika had more hits:
More Than You Know I Feel The Earth Move Love...Thy Will Be Done
I'd've put KWS and Saigon Kick on the list.

Wow I definittly aggree with you KWS is a great group, and Please Dont Go almost made the list. But I could only pick the top 60 songs. It's hard to only chose 60. So I decided to add more songs to the list. Im trying to get to 100. But I will add more songs as I go.
If I made a mistake and put a artist on who had another hit Im sorry. I went by the artists who hit my chart. If I made a mistake I will take that artist off and add another. But I still have to say Martika is a one hit wonder. I do remember she had another hit but it never hit my chart. So she is a one hit wonder on my chart. I will be adding more songs to the list soon. I will let you know when I update it. Please also feel free to check out our current top 40.http://patstop40.tripod.com/patstop40hot20withpatbuchanan/
Thanks again Pat

Twilight Zone by 2 Unlimited got to 49 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart on August 8, 1992. Stay on for 20 weeks.
Their "Get Ready" Album went Gold in the USA. Later a "Hits Unlimited" came out in the USA.

I guess the criteria of one-hit status is under attack from the poster. I could pile on but no need. This thread sounds like it belongs in the personal chart section & everyone will be happy.

What about Natalie Imbruglia's Torn? She's a one hit wonder in the US. But maybe she had more than one song chart (but couldn't have been much of a charting).

I don't like this chart because a number of these songs are not one hit wonders. Second of all the rankings of these songs (to me) are not respectable. I disagree with almost the entire chart. Don't get me wrong 3/4 of the songs on the chart are good ones however, they should not be on that type of chart if that makes any sense. I like VH1's Top 100 One hit wonder chart better.

Now here's favourite ten one hit wonders: 1.Haircut 100 - Love Plus One (The entire album is off the chain, please check it out on Itunes for only $9.99!, it's called Pelican West!) 2.Spandau Ballet - True (one of the best ballads ever - and yes they did chart again with two other songs, but they are not as memorable. And in the UK, "Gold" and "Chant No.1" were huge hits as well.) 3. JoGo Boxers - Just Got Lucky 4. Aqua - Barbie Girl (absolutely catchy and annoying, but I like it ha ha ) 5. Bobbettes - Mr. Lee (I feel sorry for these ladies, they had mad talent! This is from the 1960s in case you did not know) 6. Iron Butterfly - Inagadavida 7. M/A/R/R/S - Pump Up The Volume (The UK version is the real deal!) 8. So - Are You Aure 9. Desireless - Voyage Voyage (can't understand a word she is saying for it's in French. Never made it to the US but it was huge one elsewhere around the world! So huge that a Mexican group recorded their version in Spanish however with different lyrics and meaning of the song to my understanding) 10. 52nd Street - Tell Me (How It Feels) - UK R&B group hit the US R&B top ten and the entire Children Of The Night CD was produced by Nick Martinelli (Loose Ends, Five Star, & Stephanie Mills).

Poison, Martika & Kim Carnes (just to name 3) are far from 1-hit wonders elsewhere but may have gone unnoticed by this chart. Which for the purposes of this chart, any artist could be a 1-hit wonder.

Always define your meaning of one hit wonder before posting otherwise it leaves your rankings without any merit. Someone in twenty years from today just might call Britney Spears a one hit wonder.

Using the definition, "an artist may have had other hits but they didn't show up on my chart, therefore they are 1-hit wonders" could mean: 'Like A Virgin' is the only Madonna song I ever liked, therefore Madonna is a one-hit wonder
