A #4 hit in 1987 from 'Tango In The Night'.
I love it. Christine & Stevie's vocals meld really well here. I loved all the big singles from this album.

I absolutely love it! The singles from this album were incredible (oh wait, "Family Man" sucked), if among their most adult contemporary. This topped the adult contemporary chart.
Christine also topped the AC charts with "Everywhere," also from "Tango In The Night".

I like 'Big Love' better than 'Everywhere' but this is definately the best from that album.

Great song! I, too, liked "Big Love" better, but "Little Lies" is definitely a classic from them.

Ugh, this is one of their worst songs ever! I don't know why, but I never liked this song one bit. My favorite song from the LP "Tango In The Night" was "Seven Wonders". "Big Love" and "Everywhere" were OK.There was a fifth song from the LP called "Family Man", but that went nowhere - I can see why, since it's nearly as bad as "Little Lies"!

It's ok. It's another overplayed song. I have heard they are lousy in concert.
I like "The Chain" the best. I liked "Don't Stop Thinkin' About Tomorrow" until it became the DNC theme song in '92. Now I have the picture of Bill, Hillary, Al, and Tipper on stage in my head, when I hear it. >:(

"Little Lies" is my favorite Fleetwood Mac song of all time. Tango In The Night is one of my favorite CD's of all time. I liked all the singles from this album, starting with "Big Love" right down to "Family Man." Lindsey Buckingham's 1992 solo project was excellent as well. "Out Of The Cradle." There are at least 10 songs I like on this CD. It only peaked at number 133 on the Billboard album charts, but I thought it was the best. Songs like "Wrong, Countdown, Surrender The Rain, and Soul Drifter." A couple of the songs did chart on the AC chart.

I remember hearing "Countdown" as the "Countdown America Preview" on Dick Clark's show and kept waiting for it to hit the Top 20, but that was not to be. Strangely enough, Fleetwood Mac's "Paper Doll" did the very same thing around the same time.

I've never been big on Christine's contributions to the band, but this is one of her better ones IMO.

Fantastic track. I remember being in the grocery store while very young and hearing this.
The video is pretty cool in a cheesy-80s-attempting-to-be-high-tech kind of way. And wow, has Stevie Nicks aged since then.

JAM!! I use to sing the chorus to this all the time in elementary school. I saw the video on VH1 Classic a few weeks ago, where they were walking around @ a ranch....well, at least the song was good !

I like this song because you can hear vocals from the 3 singers: Christine, Stevie and Lindsey.

LOL, I was OBSESSED with this song all through 3/4th grade, haha! My dad had the greatest hits CD, and he was listening to it, and I assume I heard this song come up, and I REALLY liked it, and I remember playing over and over and over again in his car as he was driving. Yeah, he let me. This was before I had a walkman, lol. Man, just THINKING about this song brings back great memories. *sigh*

Good song yet it's so old. It almost feels like I heard this yesterday but I actually haven't in so long.

Really like the song, but I rarely hear it these days. I actually don't think I've ever heard this on Joe FM. Maybe once.
