This song is awesome. It's classic Greg Kihn rock, but with a danceable beat.
I also enjoyed Weird Al's parody - "I Lost on Jeopardy".

Not bad, but Kihn had better. Would pick "The Breakup Song" over this every time.

I think it's the first song I ever heard on B-96 in Chicago. One of my favorites.

I also enjoyed Weird Al's parody - "I Lost on Jeopardy". I like the parody better.

Good song, but I actually think hands down that Privilege is my favorite song by them.

This band's best song and one of the best songs of the 1980s. I also saw clips of Weird Al Yankovic parodying this song during an episode of VH1's "Behind the Music". As a result, the Greg Kihn Band song always reminds me of the Jeopardy game show despite not being related in anyway (this song was a pop hit in 1983, a year before "Jeopardy" came back on the air).
Fun fact: Weird Al's parody of this song came at the same year "Jeopardy" was revived with Alex Trebek (who would host the show for many years). The music video also featured original Jeopardy host Art Fleming

I made a lot of posts in 2007 on 80s songs! 40 years ago this week, "Jeopardy" debuted at #77 on the January 29, 1983 Billboard Hot 100. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeopardy_(song)#1 Dance! #5 Rock #5 Cashbox #48 R&B! #63 UK
