This is my FAVORITE Destinys Child song. its so beautiful. They all sound great. Its an amazing vocal performance from all 3 ladies. This song makes me a little misty eyed. :'( This is #4 on my all time favorite songs. Where did this song peak?

I like the Samantha Sang original better... it's "Emotion" I think.

LOL i am sorry, but has anyone seen the parody for this video on Mad TV? It is so freakin halarious! They basically take the concept of the 3 split screens from the video (with one member in each screen)and throughout the whole video Beyonce's screen gets bigger and bigger and Michelle and Kelly's screens get smaller. It's so funny!

The original Samantha Sang version was featured as an Extra on AT10 this past weekend. I like her version a little better, since it features the Bee Gees singing backup. One week in late February, 1978, the Top four songs on R&R had the Bee Gees in one form or other:
1) Stayin' Alive/The Bee Gees 2) Night Fever/The Bee Gees 3) (Love Is) Thicker Than Water/Andy Gibb (with the Bee Gees singing back-up vocals) 4) Emotion/Samantha Sang (Again, with Bee Gees on back-up)
Not sure; I might have three and four backwards, but I know all those songs were in the top four. Number five, by the way, was "Sometimes When We Touch" by Dan Hill. That doesn't have any of the Gibbs singing on it and it doesn't even sound like something they'd sing.

I this song features the most beautiful harmonies in the history of recorded music. I remember they this live a capella on some BET show and it was the most beautiful performance ever. I love it!

Do I like it? Absolutely not, but it's the best song they've ever done because it wasn't original.

DC did a great job with this song. The harmonies are what make it stand out so much. This is up there with "Hey Ladies" as my favorite DC song. They sound absolutely flawless.
