Remember this song beating Madonna on the impact date for adds when they both got 100+ adds.

I agree, it was mildly catchy at first, but I got sick of it very, very soon. Their ballads are the most memorable. (The Hardest Thing and My Everything). I think My Everything is the best 98 degrees song to date.

This is the worst effort from them…a calculated attempt to expand their audience beyond screaming teenage girls, which failed miserably.

LOL, the part where the girl starts singing in spanish is so lame.

I didn't like it. There were much better 98 Degrees songs.

I don't think I ever really liked any songs by them.

This isn't the song I thought I liked. I was thinking of "The Way You Want Me To."

The video wasn't great. They played it on Disney a lot...haha
I actually bought this CD single, hahaha my music tastes were so warped back then.

Give Me Just One Night peaked at #2 on the Hot 100 in 2000 and was the group's biggest Hit

Always loved this but I liked it more back in 2000 than I do now. I prefer the Rising singles.

I remember hearing this song all summer long in 2000. Those were good times. One of the few 98 Degrees songs that I had really liked.

This was played on B96 and defunct Kiss FM 92.7/92.5 when I was younger although I don't remember this song (or any of their other songs for that much) as 98 Degrees was often overshadowed by both the Backstreet Boys and N'Sync as far as boy bands go. The Latin pop craze was happening at the same time as the teen pop trend in the late 90s/early 00s. The song is decent but nothing to be excited over.

I loved this as a kid, but looking back, I don’t care about it even through a nostalgia lens. Their material was so weak compared to *NSYNC or Backstreet Boys, and I don’t think I realized at the time how far behind they were in comparison.

This song is pretty solid for what it is. It's an obvious attempt to ride the Latin trend wave, but it did its job in that respect.
I ain't mad at it.

I love this but it was obviously an attempt to get in on the Latin explosion. They were a little bit late to the party though and this song came and went in a flash. Still love it though

I loved this. It was pretty uplifting and catchy. I guess it didn’t bother me at all they may have been piggybacking on the Latin explosion. There was good stuff on their “Revelation” album. I adored “My Everything” from it. I liked a lot of 98 degrees music. Even some stuff on their 2013 comeback cd. In 2021 they put a remix out of their song “Heat It Up” which was on their debut. It’s hot if you like dance music.

I did not like this as much as their other songs when it first came out because it was played too much, but upon revisiting it, I realized this was still so much better than other similar singles at the time. I went on to like the Hex Hector remix.
