Now, I know this isn't that old, but God, why didn't this song do better than it did? After a top ten hit, it should have done much better than a peak of #31 on pop. Does anyone know where it peaked on rhytmic? I really liked Toya, I thought her songs were catchy and she didn't rely on other artists to be in her songs to make them appeal to people.

This was insanely annoying. Still, it made #16 on my personal chart. I think "I Do" was much better. It may have been bland, but this was beyond awful after I saw the light.

This song was alright... better than the overrated "I Do". Much catchier.

I don't know why this song never caught on, but it wasn't that bad

This was a great song, I originally predicted it would hit Top 10, I was way off on this one!

Why oh why couldn't it have been THIS that went top 10 and spent forever on the pop chart while "I Do" peaked at #31?

I liked it when it was first released. It peaked at #15 for 2 weeks on my chart, then I got sick of it.
Now I think it's alright.

Great song. Much better than "I Do" I second that. LOL, I remember someone on the other boards saying that "I Do" was the "epitome of pop music". Thank goodness I don't hear that song anymore. I could not STAND "I Do" but No Matta What was actually very catchy.

The incorrrectness of the title annoyed me, but I thought the song was pretty good. I agree that it was much better than "I Do," though both of them are bland.

All three of the music corners would've made it hot, BUT NO!!!! Limited markets played this song and the big dogs put it on life support. Back when I was at KNET almost two years ago, I PUT that song at #12 (that's how high it went then [it was actually my personal top 30 chart]). I Do!!!, however did exceptionally well despite of limited airplay from other markets. What I don't understand was this: Are the music directors and programmers blind to see potential in Toya?

I will differ from many of the previous posters' opinions and say that "I Do!!" was a way better song than "No Matta What."

Great song, I thought for sure it was going top 10 after "I Do" did so well. I really liked Toya, I hope she reappears again soon, anyone know what she is up to? Seems like she fell off the face of the planet.

What happened to Toya? Raking in all those royalties from American Juniors covering her song?

I used to love this song. I thought for sure first time i heard it that Toya wouldn't be a one-hit wonder.. was very surprised that it only peaked in the 30s

Thsi sounds poppier than "I Do". I like this song a heck of lot better, I had just finished playing this, though I never played so much to begin with. I rate this song as : Nothing Special. From now on when I rate songs I will have three catagories just like they do on my audits at my job. 3= WOW 2=Nothing Special 1=Below Standards or Astray.
