One of her bigger hits on the Hot 100. I like this song, probably my second favorite by her after "Mercedes Boy".

I like it, but not as much as some of her other songs.

I like it now. Before I didn't until I actually listened to the song. Unfortunately this was her best single IMO from her sophomore album. I did not care for her other hits such as "Love Makes Things Happen" and "Backyard".

I liked this track....but the album it came from was a bit of a letdown.

Reminds me of my freshman year of college. Good song.

There was a remix that was even better than the original.

The thirft stores are a FABULOUS place to find all those old cassette singles! Especially if you don't need to hear them all the time...just plunk down 50 cents or so and pull out your tape player and have 4 minutes of nostalgia!

For me, this song was kinda just there - I neither liked it nor hated it. I did like her duet with Babyface "Love Makes Things Happen" the following year. Too bad it didn't do anywhere near as good...

I love it. It reminds me of Karyn White's "The Way You Love Me".

Either Casey or Rick used to refer to it as"Giving You The Benefit Of The Doubt." I wonder if it was labeled like that in R&R.

I prefer the remix over the regular album version.
This sounds similar to Bobby Brown's "On Our Own" and After 7's "Heat Of The Moment".

Love this song so much, probably my second favorite song by Pebbles (Mercedes Boy beats it by a hair).

I love all of her hits. Shep Pettibone's remix was hot.

This wasn't bad- neither was the Babyface collaboration for "Love Makes Things Happen," which I got the cassette single for when it was out. :)

I listen to this at least once every week. One of my favorite songs of all time. She is so beautiful... I wish she had had more hits.
