So if we were going to play a set of Halloween hits and album cuts, how long could we make it run? WZZQ used to do this sort of thing when I was a kid and I remember a few of the tunes they played, plus one or two others that have come along since. I'm not as familiar with pop music as some of you are, though, so I'm hoping you'll know a few more.
There are a lot of songs about murder and violence, so lets leave them out unless they deal with either Halloween itself, ghosts, monsters, witchcraft, the occult, or something along those lines. I'm including a couple instrumentals that have horror-inspired titles and that sound kinda wicked. I could go on and on with Iron Maiden, so if you know another group like that limit yourself to one or two samples.
The Edgar Winter Group - Frankenstein Sam the Sham & The Pharaohs - Haunted House Iron Maiden - Transylvania Iron Maiden - The Number Of The Beast Ray Parker, Jr. - Ghostbusters Alice Cooper - This House Is Haunted Metallica - Enter Sandman Bobby "Boris" Pickett - The Monster Mash

Jumpin' Gene Simmons - Haunted HouseThat's it, I got it wrong. It wasn't Sam the Sham, it was Jumpin' Gene. Don't know why I forgot that, but thanks for the correction.

That's okay, I thought maybe there was another version that I hadn't heard. Speaking of Sam the Sham, "Lil' Red Riding Hood" was about a big bad wolf, so it's kind of scary. ;)
