I like this song, but my fav. Tops song is "Ask the Lonely," one of their songs not written by Holland/Dozier/Holland. This one was written by the brilliant trio. It peaked at #5 on the Hot 100. There is a built-in irony in the title everytime I hear this on oldies radio.

One of my favourites from them, but I still like "Reach Out, I'll Be There" and "Bernadette" more.

I just heard this today on Oldies 104.3, which is from the South Bend area. It's a pretty decent song. But it sure does sound a lot like "I Can't Help Myself". I can never tell which song it is until the lyrics start.

I've always liked the Four Tops, but only in small doses. As ulij points out, the sound of their music gets repetitive if you listen to too much at once.
