Not sure if many people will be able to respond, as this album came out a little over 30 years ago, but most of us old farts have heard all ten songs many times over:
Take It Easy - B Witchy Woman - C+ Lyin' Eyes - A- (album version only! Single version is chopped down too much) Already Gone - C+ Desperado - A+ One Of These Nights - B- Tequila Sunrise - B+ Take It To The Limit - A+ Peaceful Easy Feeling - B- Best Of My Love - C+
Actually, the placement of "Best Of My Love" on the album would be D-, as it's the most depressing song on the album, about losing someone you love and wanting to do nothing but sleep all of the time. When my Mom used to play the album, she'd play side B first, so "Desperado" would be the last song heard. That one is also a tad depressing, but Don Henley really pours his heart into it, while "Best Of My Love" was rather dull. So what do you think?

As much as I used to like all of the songs on the album, I now sadly have to rank all of them (except one) at about a C- or less, simply because I'm sick to death of them... the two oldies/classic hits stations I listen to (Q105 and the appropriately named 107-3 The Eagle) play an Eagles song pretty much once an hour, and the group doesn't have a deep enough hits catalog to support that without burnout.
The lone song I still love on the GH1 album is "Take It To The Limit" (which I'd give an A+ just like you), probably because it's doesn't feature Don Henley or Glenn Frey on lead vocal, which lessens the burnout factor (same reason why I still love "I Can't Tell You Why" from GH2).

I don't listen to these songs often enough to get sick of them. LOL
Here's how I'd rate them: Take It Easy - B Witchy Woman - A Lyin' Eyes - A Already Gone - B- Desperado - A+ One Of These Nights - B Tequila Sunrise - B+ Take It To The Limit - A- Peaceful Easy Feeling - A- Best Of My Love - B
What can I say? I like the Eagles. Of course, my favorite, Hotel California, isn't on this album.

That's probably because it wasn't even out yet when this album was made. I'm sure that it's on the GH2 album that Aaron mentioned above.
Until a few months ago, I thought Joe Walsh was singing lead on "Take It To The Limit". But it's actually Randy Meisner. I never even knew he was a member of the Eagles. I thought it was just Joe Walsh, Glenn Frey, Don Henley and Timothy B Schmitt.

Yeah, I heard that recently too, that the band's makeup changed between the Greatest Hits I album and the time "Hotel California" came out.
