JAM!!!!One of my all-time favorite songs off one of the best debut albums ever recorded. I loved the video too. Go Jenny.Lo! CLASSIC JAM! I remember that when Jennifer performed it on SNL, Big Pun couldn't make it because of health issues. Then he died shortly after. Sad. Rest in peace.

Her second dullest single after 'I'm Glad'.
An absolute snore.... no wonder it flopped.

I never understood why people hate this so much. The chorus is catchy and the beat is hot. The three singles from her debut album are by far my favorite Jennifer Lopez singles. After that, it was all gimmick.

After that, it was all gimmick. I think thats why i like "i'm glad" so much because it wasnt a song about the beat or a featured rapper. it was just a great song!!

I agree with everyone. It's too 'safe'-sounding. Nothing spectacular despite being catchy.
She sure does like to extend her songs with a slight mix of some sort in each video (If You Had My Love, Feelin' So Good, Love Don't Cost A Thing, I'm Real, I'm Glad).

I never understood why people hated this song. This is easily my favorite J-Lo single. Mine too. I was disappointed (shocked, even) when it stalled out in the mid-20s on R&R's pop chart. :(

I loved this song too, much better than "I'm Glad." J.Lo sounds so bored when she was singing "I'm Glad", which makes me wonder if she really was glad.
I remember seeing later versions of the video which had a "R.I.P. Big Pun" screen at the end. However, the version that had that was ironically the rap-less version of the video.

I love this. I really miss Jennifer's old stuff.
I have the CD Single and I like to get it out every now and then and listen to it...Actually, I'll probably do that now.

One of the last songs I ever liked by J-Lo... before she went ghetto.

Great tune! I bought the single when it was finally released. Haven't heard this one for a while.

Her second dullest single after 'I'm Glad'. An absolute snore.... no wonder it flopped. I can't argue with that. I mean it was decent but a big letdown after her two previous singles.

After that, it was all gimmick. I hate it for the same reason I hate most of Janet Jackson's songs. Her voice is so soft, I can barely hear it.

Favorite J Lo single. Oddly enough, my 2nd fave is what most people seem to think as her other dull single, "I'm Glad".

The maxi single to this is one of the best I've ever purchased. The full Thunderpuss mix of this AND the full Hex Hector remix of 'Waiting for Tonight' on one CD is almost too much. Those mixes were ON POINT.

Probably her most underrated single. I loved her voice in this and Fat Joe and Big Pun (RIP) did great jobs.
