So infectious! This is definitely in my Top 5 Prince songs, but I feel like it gets slept on. Great groove.

I probably hear this more on Urban AC radio than any of his other songs. I love it. I hate the edit on his 1994 hits collection. They cut out the jam part at the end.

This is just about my favorite Prince song, especially the extended version... The sound is so different from most of the other songs in his catalog.

This is just about my favorite Prince song, especially the extended version... The sound is so different from most of the other songs in his catalog. This was the post-disco R&B sound that dominated his first few albums before he went more into doing funk-rock in the mid to late 80's. That's one thing I love about Prince. He has so much versatility. His catalog is like an encyclopedia of music.

This is from his sophomore, self-titled album. It reached #11 pop and #1 R&B, vecoming his first hit. I think it's a great song, very connected to the disco era without losing Prince's personal touch. Check out his hair, ehm, the video for the song.

I am not too fond of this record, but it's tolerable.

For years I thought a woman was singing this song. One of my favorite Prince songs.

Here's the American Bandstand performance (completely lipped). Only Prince could rock heels, make-up, and permed hair that women would would die for and simultaneously get all those women in bed. Such extreme sex appeal. Oh yeah, and the song is one of my favorites by Prince. It may not have the substance of a lot of his later material, but it's just so infectious and joyful.

It clearly doesn't have the depth of his best work, but this is so much fun. Love it.

and permed hair that women would would die for LMAO. His hair was nothing short of spectacular around that time. As for the song, I love it.

This is a pretty fun song. Definitely a weaker tune if you sit it next to most of his discography, but nonetheless, it is a good song.
