I think it has to do with the fact that everybody were gaining like crazy last week! LOL!

LOL! So, in turn, wouldn't that mean that everybody is gonna be gaining like crazy again next week since the bullets were down? Well, some of them anyways. I mean some of them could end up having HUGE bullets! lol And I guess with bullets down it just means songs are getting played basically the same and that there is not much movement. Interesting. I can't wait to see what the chart is gonna look like next week! DAMNIT! I WILL BE GONE! >:(

P!nk Enjoys Astonishing Resurgence With Her New Song 'U + Ur Hand: NEW YORK, May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- On the heels of a successful U.S. tour run with Justin Timberlake, singer-songwriter P!nk is enjoying a much deserved and amazing rebound with the growing popularity of her hit single, "U + Ur Hand," from her most recent album, I'm Not Dead. Fueled by steady support at key radio stations around the country, "U + Ur Hand" jumps from #5 to the #1 song at Top 40 radio, according to R&R, a respected music industry publication. Additionally the single currently ranks in the top 10 of five Billboard music charts; #6 Hot 100 Airplay, #7 Pop 100, #9 Hot Digital Tracks, #9 Hot 100, and #8 Hot Dance Airplay. "U + Ur Hand" is her highest-ranking song since "Don't Let Me Get Me" in 2002. The renewed interest has ignited sales in I'm Not Dead and is pushing the album rapidly toward 4 million in worldwide sales. At this years 2007 Australian MTV Awards P!nk won two awards; Download Of The Year for "Who Knew" and Best Female Artist for "U + Ur Hand" beating out artists such as Beyonce, Gwen Stefani, and Fergie. Currently on a month-long Australian tour that kicked off in Perth and is scheduled to conclude in Brisbane, U.S. fans can catch P!nk's much-talked about "Dear Mr. President" performance on Jimmy Kimmel tonight and a special performance on American Idol airs this Wednesday, May 9th on Fox.Posted : Mon, 07 May 2007 20:06:00 GMT Author : Zomba Label Group Category : PressRelease

I hope you get the info you need! The good news is that she kept Avril almost 800 spins behind. I think it is safe to say that she will sit for at least another week @ #1.

I don't know you guys, but I think there is something WEIRD going on with mediabase since the past Sunday... I mean, if you compare total spins from Sunday to Tuesday, Pink is GOING DOWN, the same with Carrie, Kelly, Maroon 5, Avril, and ALMOST DOWN for Justin, Rihanna, Daughtry. I don't know what to say or think, but it's weird to see the charts evolving this way... comparisons of daily spins are nonsense now!! Besides yesterday there was only ONE update (the weird AM) throughout day. Completely weird!!

And I have a question for those who know more of the difference between the Mediabase chart and the PopAirplay chart. I thought the core difference was that Billboard considers audience instead of spins. However, I'm puzzled after I realized today that Pink ONLY has 12 weeks in the Pop100 chart... I mean, how can she be more than 20 in the mediabase chart and only 12 in the 100 Pop?? I remember her audience was small, but still, it's hard for me to believe that while she was around 40 in spins she was below 100 in audience ??? Day of puzzles...

Pop 100 Airplay ranks tracks based on audience impressions, yes. Mediabase's chart runs deeper than 50 tracks, so maybe that's where the # of weeks comes from?

Just to clear things up, Billboard has three "pop" charts
Top 40 Mainstream - This is just like the chart that people use for Mediabase here. Its a chart based on total spins on pop stations. On Top 40 Mainstream, Pink has 22 weeks.
Pop 100 Airplay - This is the chart that's based on total impressions on pop stations. You said Pink has 12 weeks on Pop 100, but just to clarify, she has 12 weeks on Pop 100 Airplay. On Pop 100, she has 23 weeks
(And Pop 100 is the impressions from Pop 100 Airplay plus digital sales)
Anyway, the reason why Pink has more weeks on Top 40 Mainstream/Mediabase is because her impressions initially were very low.
Pink debuted on Top 40 Mainstream on the 12/16/06 chart. But she didn't debut on Pop 100 Airplay until 2/24/07

LOL! Well, I think the reason that bullets are down for a lot of songs isn't because they are failing compared to other songs, but that radio just hasn't changed their playlists much since last week. In other words, radio basically decided to play the songs the same amount. I know this would never happen, but lets say one week radio stations didn't feel like changing their playlists and wanted to play the same songs the same amount of times, all songs at the end of a one week period would have a 0 bullet since they obviously didn't gain anything. Thats my understanding anyways. I know that all the songs would never have a 0 bullet, I was just trying to elaborate more! lol

Billboard: Pink returns to the top of the CHR/Top 40 radio chart for the first time in five years as "U + Ur Hand" jumps 4-1 in its 23rd chart week. The song's methodical climb to the summit is the longest in the list's history, besting the 21-week stroll by Jewel's "You Were Meant for Me" in 1997 and Eagle-Eye Cherry's "Save Tonight" in 1999 ... Pink last led the CHR/Top 40 chart with "Don't Let Me Get Me" in May 2002, making her five-year gap between No. 1s the fourth-longest by a lead artist. Mariah Carey's eight-year, four-month span between "One Sweet Day" in 1996 and "We Belong Together" in 2005 remains the longest.

Hmmm....is this old news?
"Idol" Censorship? P!nk Told to Change Lyrics
Posted May 9th 2007 1:02PM by TMZ Staff Filed under: TV, American Idol P!nk"American Idol" may be able to tell their contestants what they can and can't sing, but they can't censor P!nk!
P!nk's pre-taped performance of her song "Who Knew" is scheduled to air tonight on "Idol" (after being bumped from the "Idol Gives Back" charity episode), but TMZ has learned that the pop star was originally set to sing her current racy hit, "U + Ur Hand."
We're told when the "Idol" powers-that-be realized the song made references to self-love, they asked P!nk to alter the lyrics to make them more appropriate for the "family-friendly" show. You know, like an exhumed Elvis! Well-placed sources tell TMZ that P!nk wasn't willing to compromise her artistic integrity (you go girl!) and agreed to sing her last single, "Who Knew," instead.
P!nk's 'U+Ur HandIf "Idol" really wanted to protect audiences, there's only one person they should have censored -- Sanjaya!
Calls to reps for P!nk and "Idol" were not immediately returned.
