Great, upbreat song that by coincidence happened to be released just around 9/11. In fact the video was shot just days before & show the towers in the background.
His only single thus far to chart outside of AAA, peaked around #20 on Hot AC if I remeber correctly. I think don't think this song reached it's full potential. Perhaps sounds a touch 'alt-country' (but not much) which may have hurt it.

I believe the song also grazed the top 40 on pop, (unfortunately) thanks to 9/11.
The song is just OK in my mind, nothing super spectacular. I got bored with it actually after a few listens.

I liked the song. I felt they mainly showed the video because it was in front of the two towers, but I like the song in spite of that.

Like this one a lot. If my musical frame of mind was the same then as it is now, prolly coulda been a #1 hit. I still listen once in a while along with 'Babylon' and that other song that was a Triple A hit that I like but I forget the title of it...

The only song by Ryan Adams I've heard that's worth a crap, and yes, I love it! Great love song to the city of New York.

He really sounds like the kind of mature artist Jason Mraz is hoping to become.
Adams came before Mraz, and Adams is also known for his fast-talking vocals and tongue-in-cheek attitude too behind his lyrics.
This is great!
Sincerely, Noah Eaton
