From the album "Off The Wall". Portait used this sample first, you know, in their big hit "Here We Go Again" And then comes the faboulous Fabolous with his follow up to "Breathe". As for the original song it perhaps should have been a released as a single, I honestly do not remember this because I have never own the "Off The Wall" album. Then of course I owned "Thriller" though.

The whole Off The Wall album is great. It's my favorite Michael Jackson album. This song was nice. Stevie Wonder wrote it.

I like this album but Thriller is the only MJ album I still listen to.

I like this song, and yes, OTW is definately his best album.
Aside from Portrait and Fabolous, Mary J. Blige reworded the chorus and used it in the song "Sexy" on her Mary album as well.

De La Soul sampled this as well on their 1993 single "Breakadawn".
Love the song, love the jazzy vibe. I love the album as well, except for "It's the Falling in Love" and, depending on my mood, "Girlfriend". The latter is still miles better than "The Girl Is Mine", though, as far as MJ/Paul McCartney collaborations go.

Love this! The whole "Off the wall" album is awesome. I was shocked to find out this was never released as a single...but then, every song can't be a single. Its such a testament to how good his albums were that he had so many radio ready tracks and very little "album filler".
