This is a mistake. She should've kept the momentum going with a fast song. Why would they do ballad/uptempo/and then back to ballad? I predict a peak somewhere around #15.

They need to change that formula. It didn't work well for Christina's CD.
As great as the song is, I'm a little worried it won't keep up the momentum as the second single, but most people love this song more than "Girlfriend" (myself included), so I think it'll do fine. It'll just take some time to grow.
After this single, Avril should release all uptempos. "Innocence" would be the only slow song left anyway.

This is a favorite of mine, lately ... probably my favorite Avril song. I will be VERY surprised if it misses the #1.

Thats cause it was bad. lol I love P!nk, but the background singers KILLED that song. But yeah, I see what you are saying. It should have atleast gone Top 100 on itunes, but it couldn't even manage to do that. I don't even know if WK will go Top 10 on BB. This however, has a good chance of that. I REALLY want this to go to #1 on all charts. lol I love this song and IMO, is her best ballad yet.

OMG HUGE NIGHT TONIGHT! They are debuting this song tonight as the challanger on our 9 o clock knockout program....but its up against new champion Timbaland's "The Way I Are" and that goes for adds tomorrow! :o I love BOTH songs...ugh, but Avril wins my vote simply cuz I want them to rotate this more and get rid of her rediculous overplay with Girlfriend  |

She can't sing this live, at all. It almost completely ruins it for me I agree sadly. I missed the 'UMS' days where she totally owns 'Nobody's Home' beautifully with just herself and a guitar. Now when she's performing 'When You're Gone', she gives me a feeling she wants to get it over with quickly and doesn't want to be there. |

Oh yah! The AOL sessions was really good.
However I didn't like the rest of the performances for this. The one she did on 'Stripped' wasn't that good for me either. She doesn't even perform acoustic anymore ugh.

You need to watch that performance she did for that Vh1 Maxim hot 100 list. it was the worst live performance i have seen since Willa Ford did I WANNA BE BAD on MTV's Spring Break show.

She is bad live...thats the truth. She has lost some credibility this era from me. She seems as though she was just an act before. oh well, this is still a good song but I will go against everyone and say this will not be as huge as people are hoping and will land around Top 6 in airplay and Top 10 on BIllboard but not #1
