This is a good song, but it's nowhere near as good as "I Remember" or "Heaven Sent" as far as Keyshia's ballads go. It sounds like one of the ballads off of Mary's Growing Pains.

Actually, Mariah and Mary J. both have right around 1.9 million worldwide... and Mary's has been out awhile longer, obviously. But I see your point.

I never understood why people kept calling 'Growing Pains' a flop when it scanned 1.6m copies. That's huge these days.

I really like this song, though I agree it's not her best ballad. Hopefully it'll turn this era around because Playa Cardz Right is not doing all that great.

Mariah is an international superstar. Mary has had very minimal success outside the US in her career. The fact that Mary was able to outsell international superstars like Mariah and Usher in the United States who both had way bigger hits says a lot. Growing Pains did not "tank" by any stretch of the imagination. Keyshia's not big outside the United States either, so I also don't see the point there. If David wants to talk about international success, I hardly see how if Mary recorded Keyshia's songs, she'd have huge international success. Doesn't make sense.

It's not THAT good.

This song sucks. Keyshia needs to go somewhere with this repetitive ass shit. She has made the EXACT same song a thousand times over already. She needs to let people write her shit for her because her well has run dry.

My main point is that I don't think there is a single song on Mary's CD that is better than this, but that's my opinion -- anyway, you can spin the sales issue any way you want, man... but I consider both Mariah and Mary's CD sales to be disappointing considering the huge success of both of their previous releases.

Now, let's get back on track with discussing "You Complete Me".

I really like this song on first listen. My only complaint is that Keyshia needs to switch it up. I want a hot uptempo from her like "Let It Go" or something. This will have to tide me over until then I guess but I do like it.
