Smash! If this could make it to the top 10 that would be great for her.

I'm just happy this is shapping up to be a nice hit cause later she'll be able to 're-release' Energy and properly release RETURN THE FAVOR - The jam!

Energy flopped for a reason. Energy flopped because it wasn't given a good push.

It wasn't that great of a song in my opinion. I liked it for a week, but after that I couldn't really listen to it anymore. Its not a terrible song, but its just really weak. It could have been a lot better than it was.

I think they did the best they could with "Energy".
I'm glad she's garnering a hit.
Perhaps "Return The Favor" will be single #3, since there's a video for it already?

^ Yes. I agree. Energy went top 20 at Urban. I don't see those stations putting the song back into rotation another time around. The perfect choice to capitalize off of Turnin Me On's success would be Return the Favor, especially since it already has a video.

She should go with a new song after "Turnin' Me On", "Return The Favor" won't do enough, imo especially on urban which she needs to find a fanbase unless she's doing two singles for the third single.

Return the Favor has to be properly released. I know it has the video and some promos CDRs BUT it was never really pushed as 'Turn Me One' took off earlier and they decided to focus on that.

Energy flopped for a reason. Energy flopped because it wasn't given a good push. I think it's the sound. It had nothing to do with push at all. The Urban station here gave it a fair shot and the song just didn't catch on pure and simple.

The only reason this is taking off is because its a mediocre song with a big name guest artist and a big name producer. Any song with both of those will blow up on Urban at this time. They are struggling for new product at that format. Its only a matter of time for Pop to take notice. Energy didn't make it because it was a mediocre song with none of those characteristics.

See, I actually think the song structure and rhythm are what are making this a hit. You can listen to it multiple times and it doesn't get stale, if anything you discover more sweet nuances in the production.

I want Do It as a single. I've heard the demo and the demo itself is extremely hot & catchy. It needs to be a single in my opinion.

I disagree. I don't think Lil Wayne or the producer are the reason for this song's success. Lil Wayne has been featured on a couple of flops recently and people don't pay attention to producers for the most part. The song is catchy, fun, and radio-friendly. That's most likely why it is succeeding.

Polow Da Don has had so many songs underperform. Radio would not play this simply cause it was produced by him.

I can't believe she's getting a hit off of this. I don't see the appeal in it. It's pretty terrible.

She's co-hosting 106 & Park yet again! She makes an appearance like once or twice a month it seems to either sit-down interview, perform or co-host.
