I'm definitely picking this up on the first day of release. Me too, I'm trying to hold out as long as possible to hear anything but DNN & MHS. I did hear a snippet of the MGMT-produced track, which sounded awesome. the MGMT track is stand out and Ratatat kills it on this album.

All I have heard in its entirety is Day & Night and I plan to keep it that way!
Edit: LOL. I forgot to say that I am buying the album and planning to hear the rest.

I listened to it again today and really liked it this time! Great album! I doubt it's gonna sell much though nobody really knows who he is and that he has an album out.

"Day N Nite" was a top 5 Hot 100 hit. "Make Her Say" is a moderate hit at the moment. His album is getting rave reviews. He may not be overhyped like some rappers who shall remain nameless, but people know who he is. With that said, I'm not sure how well he will do his first week. I expect him to round out the top 5.

He has already performed on Letterman and is slated to perform on the VMAs and Jimmy Kimmel. I'm sure he'll do fine for a new artist.

He'll do well...what sets him apart from the other new rappers that pop up is his distinct style of rap. It's not generic and he stands out even though his main hit "Day N Nite" peaked months ago. I'm predicting a 100k or more opening week!

To be honest, I think Kid Cudi is more likable than the other newbie rappers. They don't really have personality. He does. That's why he's my favorite out of the new school.

"Sky Might Fall" sounds better on the album. The song sounded unfinished when it leaked earlier this year.

I thought it sounded different. When I heard it earlier in the year, I didn't care so much for it.

Jay-Z and Kid Cudi performing "Already Home" at the Fuse 9/11 concert!
Kid Cudi has been everywhere this past week. He might open up with some decent numbers for a new artist. Well, I hope so. He's performing at the VMAs tonight.

Just finished my first listen through the album and its unquestioably one of my favorites this year! Production is outstanding and his voice when he sings & raps is great. Solo Dolo, Day N Night, Sky Might Fall & Up Up and Away are my favorites on the first listen.

how long is this $3.99 & 6.99 on Amazon Mp3? Sometimes these lower prices are just for a day or two, or sometimes for the full week. I just checked the front page and it looks like it's for today only.

I wanted to get the deluxe edition but it was sold out so I bought the deluxe of Muse and the regular of Kid Cudi. I have only heard the first song but am really impressed.
