Well this is a hell of a lot better than "Erotic". I hope "Please Don't Stop" and "This Is Us" get released at some point. The latter they should send to Pop just for the hell of it.

I think this will have a decent performance on Urban and Urban AC. But Keyshia needs a crossover hit.

If Keyshia wants a crossover hit, the best way to go is "This Is Us". I can't hear Urban radio warming up that much to "Please Don't Stop" coming off the singles she is, and Pop is obviously not gonna play anything from her with a snap. I don't think her label cares about her crossover success though, they've been blinded by the three #1 hits in a row.
In other news..."Trust" has grown on me. I could see it being another #1.

The thread title should be changed to Keyshia and Monica "Trust" or something like that, because on Keyshia cd its listed as a Duet and this will be on Monica's cd as well. It will be a single for both their album. :)

"Erotic" is my favorite song on the whole cd too bad it's been scrapped as a single but everyone knew this was going to be released from the get go. She needs to slow down on releasing all these ballads. Wish she'd get back to TWII

Meanwhile, this song just keeps getting better and better for me. It may become my favorite Keyshia single ever aside from "Heaven Sent" maybe.

It's weird because I never considered The Boy Is Mine to be Monica's first single. I thought The First Night was her first single.

Well DUH I know that. As I stated "I" felt like TBIM was more towards Brandy's single at the time. Probably because her album came out first and "The First Night" was getting released in July around Monica's album. ANYWAY..moving on.  |

Why are they waiting so long to send this for adds? "You Complete Me" has been out since December. The album is slipping down the charts, and it's going to be hard for her to rebound.

"You Complete Me" had the second highest amount of adds at Urban AC this week despite still having a negative bullet.
I listened to this and I like it. It feels like a 90s R&B midtempo combined with modern sounds, which makes me happy. I hope it does well.

I hope this is huge. I've loved this song and have raved about it since I first got the CD. If they put out "This Is Us" next they would have made three good single choices in a row :)
