I think her biggest advantage is that this album took her from icon to legend. This is the most ridiculous thing you have said. This album has done nothing for Beyonce's legacy as an "icon" or "legend." Really? This isn't a career defining album. I am...defintly is her best album and took her to another level as far as respect and star power. You say no Beyonce hate, BUT whenever shes mentioned you say she has no chance or she cant or wont. What about her gets you so hot and bothered?

AM i the only one that think I AM SASHA is a great album i can think of worse albums that won... 2007 - Herbie Hancock - "River: The Joni Letters" 2008 - Robert Plant & Alison Krauss - "Raising Sand" 1996 - Celine Dion - "Falling Into You" 2001 - "O' Brother Where Art Thou" (Soundtrack) 2003 - Outkast - "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below" some of these arent the greatest but i think they won bc of who the artist is Raising Sand and Speakerboxxx/The Love Below were critically acclaimed albums. I Am... Sasha Fierce wasn't. Fallin Into You went Diamond. Herbie Hancock is a highly respected legend, and Alison Krauss is the most rewarded female artist in Grammy history and was behind the O Brother Where Art Thou soundtrack. Bad comparisons by a mile.

Anyway, I read on the Goldderbyforums that Examiner is predicting Keri Hilson to win Best New Artist. Does anyone else agree?

Rated R is da bess alum dis decade she's on a whole nother level dan talor dough!" ?

Theres no point in arguing anymore but bc of who she is Beyonce will always be underrated, and people will always hate and say she cant do things. And she keeps prooving everyone wrong and rising to the top. So in 3 weeks we will see.

Her delusional fans like yourself. And it's no different than you hating on Taylor and dismissing her chances either. Bc like i said Taylor is not in Beyonces realm at this point...Id bet your still mad that your favorite landed 0 nomination. And whats there to be delusional about when Beyonce is concerned? Shes #1, no one is on her level....until shes starts falling off theres no point in trying to hate on her. Honey, you're PRESSED to hell right now. And what does my favorite artist have to do with this debate? Is that the only way you can defend your argument by bringing up an artist who has nothing to do with the topic at hand? Yes, pressed in deed. I don't care if Whitney has 0 nominations. She has multiple Grammys (that she didn't have to pay for) and many other awards --- she's the most rewarded female in history. Not even your girl comes close. ;) So, bew! Like I said, you're delusional. If winning AOTY was all about being "#1," she would have won awhile ago. You think you are speaking logically, but your true biased st@n colors (is it purple or pink?) are showing.

And I have heard some very stannish comments from you.All im saying is not to under estimate Beyonce... she is a EXTREMLY powerful artist and a 10 time winner...she could easily take AOTY

This is currently her worst reviewed album to date. B'Day was her most critically acclaimed album followed by Dangerously in Love so critically speaking, her current album isn't up to par with her past efforts so who knows, maybe they threw beyonce in Album to piss Kanye off even more, especially if Taylor wins over her. But I'm not discounting Beyonce, she could win but she wouldn't be the most deserving one. Taylor, you can't say the same as she is currently the only artist in the line up with a 70+ critic score add the most commercially successful I'd pick her to win it. Will she? I don't know but critically, her album is miles ahead of the bunch the nearest is DMB and they are 6 points behind.

I think whitney fans have bigger things to worry about now since shes gone back to the pipe. But im done going back and forth...Well see after the award show who reigns...

BTW, Whats are some critic scores of past winners??

For BNA? I have no idea. I liked Zac Brown Band's album alot, so I'd vote for him, but I think Keri Hilson might just pull it out.

Well we all know that wouldnt be true. Neither are half of the claims s tans of other artists throw out left and right. Such as? Provide me some examples, talk is cheap. Of course, we are all aware of the power that is Beyonce; I am pretty sure she emits her own light. Genesis 1:1-2:10And God said, "One day I will return, and it will be glorious. My name will be that of Beyonce and I will have lustrous hair and rule the Pop world with a fierce ass shake and a reverbed voice which will echo through the mountains of Smoky."

Never said it mattered. You asked a question and I answered (sarcastically however). The panel put her through. Simple. Maxwell should have taken her spot, but whatever. Black Eyed Peas are there, so no worries there.

^ if critic scores mattered that much...how did she even land a nom? Since this is the grammys and people claim they aren't based on commercial success why wouldn't the critic score matter? By right, Maxwell should have been in Beyonce's place because has one of the best reviewed album's in all the year (85) and better reviewed then anyone in the GF. That's probably why people feel a Beyonce nomination there is her win because she's 23 points behind another R&B artist. I don't even see how that's fair to nominate her over him, really. But again, it could be so Kanye can have another fit if Taylor just so happens to win it, they love that stuff. I can flip that question too. If vocals mean so much then how did Taylor Swift land not one but TWO vocal nominations since people claim she can't sing? Do vocals really mean that much then? Will you still black out if she beat someone in a vocal award since we are easily dismissing critical acclaim in album to make way for a Beyonce win? Can't we do the same in vocal for Taylor? Goes both way's. Beyonce can easily win Album and Taylor can easily win vocal because I think they factor in a bunch of other stuff for both. Most of the albums that win AOTY usually have 80+ ratings, that Outkast album you listed was over 90 so that's probably why people laughed at you.

Many album winners had average or even below average metacritic scores. I think the voters make their own decisions. Metacritic scores are only a sampling of the actual critical reviews.
If I were voting I could care less about critical reviews as they are often way off mark and biased against artists they dislike.

She's incredible, her songwriting is acclaimed, and she has sold more than everyone - how is this even a discussion? Let me just say, we will see MASS hysteria when my wife wins all her awards (hopefully she spares my ex and let's her take FCV :'()
