“I have had somebody that I wish I didn’t get with,” she continues. “I met him at a party. I was 18 and of course I ended up dating him for 11 months. It was the craziest time of my life with this guy because he was a nutbag. He was one I probably should have passed by.” I see what you did there, Christina.

I don't think she's referring to either of them. This would've been someone she dated before "AM to PM" even came out, lol.

Christina Milian talks 'The Voice' and working with Stafford Brothers on 'Hello'March 23, 2013 By: Shaina Moskowitz The highly anticipated Season 4 of "The Voice," premieres on Monday on NBC. Judges Usher and Shakira will be joining Blake Shelton and Adam Levine on the judges panel. We caught up with the show's social media correspondent Christina Milian at the P&G Orgullosa "Skirts Only" Fashion Show in NYC this week, where she dished on Shakira and Usher joining the panel. "The dynamic of having Usher and Shakira together is pretty exciting, it makes it so different Shakira she is a strong woman, just like Christina, but she's great at campaigning, and I think that her latina roots and her being Columbian and everything her history makes her a strong source on the show for what she can bring to the table in mentoring these artists. Usher is so super cool, his coolness doesn't phase him it's just like he really puts his foot into it when he starts working with the artists and everything and I think he's got a good ear so be on the look out." Christina Milian is also featured the new Stafford Brothers song "Hello," which is a huge hit in Australia at the moment. The Stafford Brothers and a famous Australian production/DJ duo. She told us about how the song came about. "The collaboration with The Stafford Brothers and Lil Wayne came about actually through the music producers and originally they just had a demo singer and I was working with them and they were like "Yo, there's this song, we think you would be amazing on it actually, we don't have anybody that's singing on it, we were trying to think of somebody, but you're sitting here and you sound amazing on this other song, would you like to sing on it and I did it like 15-20 minutes, we recorded my part and next thing I know they're mixing it, we shot a video, and here's the roll out. It's going really well in Australia...I love working with the Stafford Brothers they're fun, we party hard, I've partied with them outside of working on the video and they're just super cool guys, really humble, excited about what they do and I'm the same way, so we had a great time working together." Milian who was recently signed to Cash Money Records by Lil Wayne says that she is about 3/4 done with her new album. She is always in the studio looking for the next single! We also spoke with Milian about supporting the P&G Orgullosa "Skirts Only" Fashion Show. She said, "This event is so inspirational. We grow up with so many dreams as young Latinas and it's great that we are now able to get together through Orgullosa and their Facebook community and really spread our dreams and explain our stories. How we got to where we are, we all have different dreams and aspirations and I think its important we share them because it helps nurture, inspire, and show that we care. It shows that as a sisterhood, we're there for each other, to network, and to make our lives better. It's our time. For me, its also a great time because people like Jennifer Lopez and Gloria Estefan came before me and opened doors for us women. I plan on doing the same thing for my daughter."

Red Carpet Confidential: Christina Milian Contemplates Baby #2By Valerie Nome March 25, 2013 - 7:10 pm Now that Christina Milian’s daughter Violet is three-years-old, she is seriously considering expanding her family. But first, she needs a man after divorcing Violet’s father, Terius “The Dream” Nash, in 2011. “I want somebody that can be a great father to my daughter,” The Voice’s social media correspondent, 31, tells me this week during Orgullosa’s "Skirts Only" fashion show in NYC. “I’m testing out the waters [by dating].” Lil’ Violet has been such a good girl that Christina would love to have more mini-mes. “Hopefully they all turn out just like her,” she says with a cackle. “I love the miracle of growing a child. That’s one thing that has been so incredible to me—it’s unbelievable. And knowing that you’re helping raise a human being, and growing their minds into what they can be someday. You never know what they can become.” She continues, “It makes me happy to have my child already. I want to have more—we’ll see if I can handle it. [laughs] I know it’s different after one. [laughs]” One thing Violet does is take after her mother. “She already is a party animal—I can tell,” she confesses. “She loves to dance. Anytime she hears music, she’s like ‘come on, Mom, dance. Let’s go!’ She makes it a big deal for me to have to get up and dance, and for anyone who’s around, she loves to sing out her name. There are so many things I’m seeing in her that are so similar to how I was. When the camera’s on, she lights up, but she’s like that consistently, even without the camera.” She continues, “She’s also goofy. She likes to make jokes and do stuff that will surprise you.” Hm, like what? “You know what she told me the other day on the phone? I’m like ‘hey, Violet, what are you doing?’ She’s like ‘hi mom,’ and she’s telling me she’s with her grandma, and then she’s like ‘OK, you’re boring. Bye!’ I’m boring? I was laughing, though. I don’t know where she learned it. A little too much time with grandma! [cackles]”

EXCLUSIVE: CHRISTINA MILIAN RESPONDS TO ENGAGEMENT RUMORS … SORT OFPublished On April 23, 2013 | By ericberry | EXCLUSIVES, MUSIC, NEWS Is Christina Milian engaged or not? That’s the question that needs answering after the New Jersey native was spotted rocking a huge piece of bling on her engagement ring finger last week. Milian is currently dating Jas Prince, and even he got in on fueling the speculation when he posted a video online of the two at dinner with friends, making sure to include a shot of the ring in the clip. HipHollywood reached out to Christina’s camp for comment on the engagement speculation, but her camp was mum. Thankfully, we got a chance to ask Christina directly … it’s just, well, she’s pretty good at that whole being evasive thing. “Well, there are rumors … but we’ll stick to it being a rumor,” Milian coyly replied when pressed about potentially walking down the aisle with her beau. Now, we’re not psychics or anything, but something tells us that if Miss Milian wasn’t engaged, she wouldn’t be rocking a ring on her engagement ring finger and being evasive about clarifying her relationship status. Anyway, check out the video below to see Christina’s response to the video.

Birdman Premieres 'Tapout' Video Featuring Nicki Minaj, Christina Milian, Paris Hilton and MoreMay 06, 2013 08:47:55 GMT The New Orleans rapper drops the clip to the first single off his Rich Gang project featuring hip-hop superstars and other celebrities. Cash Money Records co-founder Birdman brings out all the big guns for his new music video "Tapout". YMCMB all stars Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Mack Maine and Future, who ably assist in the 44-year-old rapper/record producer's first single off his soon-to-be-released album "Rich Gang: Flashy Lifestyle", lend more support in the Hannah Lux Davis-directed visuals. As if the collaborators on the track are not yet enough, the five-minute clip also boasts such celebrities as Paris Hilton, Christina Milian and Kimora Lee Simmons in a cameo. Hilton and Milian star as thieves posing as waitresses in a glamorous cocktail party out to pull off a heist in the ritzy mansion event venue. In classic cat burglar style, Hilton and Milian successfully manage to break into the safe where all the cash and jewels are stashed. As they are about to escape to riches and freedom, the rich owner and the cops get on their trail, capturing Milian but not Hilton, who easily walks away with the loot, giving Milian a knowing wink, revealing that the capture is a clever distraction. Birdman's frequent collaborator Weezy kicks off the superstar appearances followed by Young Money Entertainment artist Maine and Haitian-American rap star Future. Minaj may have stolen the show from all the men as she freaks yet again in an orange dress that shows a lot of side boob. DJ Khaled, Bow Wow and Detail also make cameos for Birdman's new video.

Christina Milian Shoots New Wine CommercialBy DAILY MAIL REPORTER PUBLISHED: 01:18 EST, 4 August 2013 Christina Milian makes working look like so much fun. On Saturday, the singer took to the beach in Malibu, California to shoot a new chimerical for Viva Diva Wines before celebrating the company's launch with a wine tasting. Baring parts of her enviable bikini body, the 31-year-old donned a plunging, denim button-down blouse and matching cut-off jeans shorts. She seemed to be having a blast, smiling as she frolicked on the sand with her bare feet. To promote the spirits, the Love Don't Cost A Thing actress was grasping onto a glass of white wine as she balanced in a series of poses. Later, Christina relaxed on the beach with a half-full bottle by her side, laughing away as her lustrous locks flowed past her shoulder. After the shoot, the star joined her friends - including Karrueche Tran - at the Revolve Beach House for the Viva Diva Wines Los Angeles launch party. According to the Viva Diva Wines website, Christina is an 'equity owner of Viva Diva and will be the official spokesperson and the ambassador for Viva Diva Wines.' August marks the start of her nationwide appearance tour where the singer - who is currently preparing for her fourth album - will make stops at retail locations. www.vivabrandsusa.com/

Christina Milian Formerly of ‘The Voice’ Opens Up About BoyfriendAugust 2, 2013 by thejasminebrand Singer/actress Christina Milian is building her brand. Although she’s taken a hiatus from ‘The Voice’, the 31-year-old has her hands in all sorts of ventures these days. Recently, media partner theJasmineBRAND.com. chatted with her about her hustle, future wedding bells (she’s in all sorts of love with Jas Prince) along with when fans can expect new music. Check out our conversation below. Can you tell us about the hookah line that you have? It’s a hookah, not an e-cigarette, no nicotine or tobacco, no tar, none of that harmful stuff in it. It’s a passion project; I own this company, it’s not a face thats slapped on to promote something. Honestly, I started from the ground up from the design to the quality, everything. It’s coming from me and my partners and we’re doing extremely well. Let’s talk about the wine company that you’re involved with. I have a wine company its called Viva Diva wines. Our Moscato’s do really well, we have some big things on the horizon for it, but we’re in over 22 states in distribution and we’re growing and everybody really loves our Viva Diva Moscato. We’re revamping and refreshing the company and we’re in a great place already, and everybody’s loving it. I miss your voice musically, are we gonna get any new music anytime soon? Yes. Music coming soon, signed to Young Money, got some stuff on the horizon. When? So much music, I’m so tired of saying dates and lying my a** off. Music is coming, I’m actually gonna start shooting my own videos and putting stuff out myself. Actually, if you check out my platinum e-hookahs commercial thats coming out soon, you will hear some new music from me. Soon meaning this summer? This summer, next month. A single? Single. I have to actually meet up with Wayne and Mack on the road and I can play them some music and we will pick out our single. They’re on tour. We see you everywhere with your man, Jas Prince, what do you love most about him? He’s a great guy. He’s a great person, he’s humble and he’s cool. We’re both kinda awkward. We get each other, we get on each other’s nerves and we’re really good friends. It was about two years, before we began a relationship , so it was two years of being really good friends, so we have a really great friendship. Visit theJasmineBRAND.com to find out how she and Jas Prince handle the pressure of walking down the aisle, plus how she balances business and professional.

Christina Milian: Viva Diva Wines Is For The Modern Day SuperwomanPOSTED: AUGUST 14, 2013 BY LISA ESTALL Christina Milian is spreading the word on Viva Diva Wines. Mom to 3-year-old Violet – the former The Voice social media correspondent is kicking off the Viva Diva Wines’ bottle signing tour at Spec’s Superstore in Houston, Texas on August 17th. The event will be held from 12pm – 2pm and will be the first of many that Christina will engage in across the nation. Celebrity Baby Scoop recently interviewed Christina to discuss the wine line, her daughter, and what’s up next for her. CBS: You are part brand owner of the Viva Diva Wines line of sparkling Moscatos. Tell us about the wines? How did you get involved?CM: Our wines our delicious to start with. I’m an avid wine drinker with my girlfriends and when the opportunity to work with the brand I was immediately excited! Moscato was my first fore to drinking wine and I find there is a climax in women my age having a taste in wine. Wine is a great escape to my day to day busy life and I would like to share the experience of the “vacation” I feel while drinking our wines. They’re affordable, tasty and our fruit infused moscato’s really help define their taste and eagerness to prove their inner diva! Wine is great anytime! Plus our alcohol intake is lower meaning less calories and more fun in every glass! This is for our modern day superwoman! CBS: What sets Viva Diva Wines apart? We love the name, how did you come up with it?CM: The name in itself expresses the fun and confident woman. Long live the diva! Our fruit infused Moscato sets up apart from most moscatos for sure! The flavors make a great addition to the normal Moscato CBS: You were also the Social Media Correspondant for The Voice. What’s it like to work with Adam, Blake and the gang? Looks like a fun group, are you all close? Are you planning on staying on for next season?CM: Working on the show has been an awesome experience and has helped me to continue to grow As an as artist. I’ve learned a lot while watching them mentor new talent. I won’t be on for this season because I plan to concentrate on making my new album and being a solid source to represent a show like the voice. I love the whole team at the show and feel very fortunate to work on such a successful show. CBS: How is your daughter, Violet, doing? What is she into and what does she do to make you laugh?CM: Violet is GREAT! She’s brightens my day everyday. She’s a jokester she listens and says the funniest things sometimes. She loves to dance and is very lovable! Right now everything she’s into is Princess anything.. When she gets dressed she picks out pink and skirts and dresses… She’s very feminine. She twirls around and says “I’m a princess Mommy”. CBS: What is your favorite part about being a mom? What are some of the challenges of being a single?CM: Everything. She encourages me to be better. She always keeps me laughing and with a busy life on the go she reminds me to relax and concentrate on the little things. She makes me feel very special. My challenges more so are making sure to fit in time to be a parent, put down my phone and give her the time she needs. But somehow I make it happen. See constantly on my mind. So sometimes I make sacrifice to other things to make sure I let her know she’s just as loved and as special as she makes e feel. At times I only have the time for breakfast but I make it the best breakfast ever. We spend a lot of late nights together too even though she’s supposed to be sleeping but I can’t help it. She’s my baby. Other times I just get my nanny or mom to just go on and bring her to work with me :) CBS: What upcoming projects do you have?CM: A movie called "Baggage Claim" coming out sept 27th. I just shot a Christmas movie called "Wonderland" to be released this Christmas on Lifetime. As well as my album with YMCMB and a growing business in the new and trendy “Ehookah” world called Platinum Hookahs! They’re nicotine no ash,no tar and no tobacco. Just the easy cool feeling of puffing fruit flavored vapor! Everyone’s loving it. They’re sexy and an additional value to being the life of the party! Check them out on platinumehookahs.com and check Viva Diva Wines out on www.VivaDivaWines.com.

Christina Milian is ready to unleash that ‘Voice’ on the worldThu., Aug. 15, 2013 8:00 AM EDT by Terry Shropshire “I have a good team around me. With this album, I have Young Money and this is great because they are the first team of people that understood that I needed a family, that I don’t feel like I’m out here on my own. There’s a difference with being with a label and being out on your own, like, ‘hey, I run this and no one else is with me.’ Let’s be real; there’s nothing better than having a family to back you up. And that’s how Young Money is. And we have the best of the best. We have Drake, we have Nicki, we have Tyga. We have so many people on that label so that when the music comes, it can only make it better,” says Milian. Milian oozes a quiet swag and is armed with a world-weariness she didn’t have when she was a lowercase “c.” Now that she is a full-grown dove she’s not going to fall for the okeydoke by those laying in the trap trying to bewitch the pop princess. “… I can say that I have fallen for that, slightly, but sometimes I did enjoy it. I’m an actress, too, so when I live something, I’m going to live it all the way. So I can’t say that someone pushed me in a direction that I didn’t want to go because at the end of the day, I had to do it, I had to sing it, I had to be it in the music videos, all that stuff. It’s just that … there’s a sense of confidence that I didn’t have back then that I have now. It was giggly, fun and happy, but now I’m … I don’t know, I’ve changed a bit,” she says matter-of-factly. No change was greater than when she had her daughter. The experience of becoming a first-time mom gave her an instantly new perspective on life and gave her the balance and inspiration she needed to get back into the game full throttle. “I wasn’t scared. I was excited when I found out I was pregnant. Of course, when you find out that first time, you’re like ‘Oh my God! My life is changing. From here on out my life has changed.’ And then you realize that miracle that is inside of you and what’s happening. Even the ups and downs outside my pregnancy, I enjoyed each and every moment of my pregnancy. And the second that I had her, I knew that it was meant to be. Like I never questioned God and I knew that everything was happening for a reason. Now if you had asked me before I was pregnant and before I was married to The-Dream, I thought that I would never have a baby at this time in my life. But everything fell into place,” she says. Not only has her life fallen into place, she has peace, continuity and comfort in her life at all times regardless of the external craziness and adversity that arises at regular intervals. Her daughter provides all of that for her. “I’m just thinking about her all the time,” says Milian. “I’m thinking about her even though I have to work all the time. … And I’m very fortunate that I work in an industry where family is more accepted now and I have a family that supports me. Sometimes I need her. When I’m tired and I see her, then I’m awake again. And I act like a kid with her. She is like a ball of fire, a spark of light that when the moment I see her, she lets me know how much she loves me,” says the proud mom.

New Song: Christina Milian – ‘Encore’Christina Milian is back. The ‘Dip It Low’ singer has spent much of the last few years weathering a number of personal and professional hurdles; indeed her dramatic relationship with The-Dream, countless record-labels, motherhood, and ultimate lack of new music have almost eradicated any memory of how we came to know the starlet the first place. However, after recently announcing her departure from The Voice (where she served as Social Media Correspondent for four seaaons), the 31-year-old seems to have a chart return in her sights. Currently signed to Lil Wayne’s Young Money, the first taste of her new material surfaced today in the form of ‘Encore’. Not to be confused as a single of sorts, the promo cut provides interesting insight into the direction of new Milian. Take a listen after the jump… A pleasant potion of Pop-Urban, ‘Encore’ picks up where the meat of Milian’s career left off. For, this sounds like an older, more mature take on the brand of “mainstream Urban” she served up with hits such as ‘AM To PM’ and ‘When You Look At Me’. Like most, of course we yearn for another ‘Dip It Low’, yet it’s clear from the material that followed the 2004 hit (see: ‘Say I’ and its dire housing album ‘So Amazin”, that Ms. Milian shines brightest with tracks that are more sugar than spice. More of this Christina, more of this.

I'm surprised she's putting out something that doesn't sound like a hit considering she has a major label deal. Not that I expect her to have a big hit, but I figured they'd at least try.
