I'm sorry but I think when Dream sometimes says "I finished writing it in 2 weeks", he forgets to include the giving of other songs to the artist that he others rejected. ER recorded "Imma Cheat" and Nicole recorded "Punchin You In Your Sleep" so it's not like she's getting the freshest songs. Does it matter? LOL If a song is good, who cares if it was rejected by so and so? Some of the most popular songs were rejects. Oh, i'm just ready for the album but i'm saying Christina is a writer as well...she gave it all away meaning creatively it's now a different story. The feeling of "Dream In Color", doesn't seem to be the same feeling at all of "Elope". |

I agree with tamed when he say she just getting reject songs that nobody want but I don`t know which producer gonna wanna give her songs that gonna be flop anyway.

Well, it wasn't that Nicole didn't want it. Her album got shelved. I'm sure she'll be writing songs on this new album as well. It's something she prides herself in doing.. writing.

^Just listened. I loooooooooove it. For once, she actually sounds like she has presence and an attitude. I neeeed this album if it has others tracks close to the caliber of "Zipper" on it.

I hope the song "Supersonic" with Dream is still the lead single cause "Zipper" sounds a left over mess and anything has to be better than that.

Us Against The World was the original single but it isnt anymore since it flopped. The grown man is because these guys were blasting it in their car and posted it on youtube, they had the full version somehow, and I found the video it had like 30 views and has been on youtube for a week or so, then I ripped the audio

But then again maybe it would sound different if it was sung with good vocals. A good voice can make any trash sound half decent. |

And they need to keep it of itunes until it gets big. Interscope is good for premiering a record and putting it on itunes the same day |

Bey can sing, but she can use so much attitude on a track without even showing off her vocals and to me that was a case where it happened, not to mention the video creating a movement and it just being Bey period lol

Who cares if Bey used "attitude" on a track Thats what you are supposed to do! Thats what separates the students from the teachers. Anyone can sing a song but it takes greatness to own it and make it into something amazing. Thats why some like Milian would never be able to do a song like "Single Ladies" because she just doesnt have the "it" factor to carry it. Thats why a song like "Zipper" is gonna flop and it sounds weak coming from her. Christina has a pop voice. She shines on songs like "Dip it low" "LOVE" "AM to PM." She doesn't have the voice or persona to carry these R&B club songs. Maybe if she was a better singer or had her own style, she could make a generic song like "Zipper" come off as fresh and exciting but she makes it sound even more generic and sad. |

Beyonce fans are the reason I can't be a Beyonce fan. Weather it's Pop, R&B, Country, Rock, Grunge... they'll always find a way to say how Beyonce would've done it better.
I think Milian does a great job on "Zipper". It still has those sweet sexy vocals I'm used to from her, but there is just something different about her vocals on this song. They have very much improved.
