Jason Mraz should pass 6 million before too long. The release of his next album should help push it over that huge milestone. :)

She has a good average among her singles, yeah. Among her 9 releases, below 2 million there is only:
"Thinking of You, which is around 1 million; "The One That Got Away", that will certainly cross 2m soon.
In overall sales, though, she's still some 5 million behind Gaga, that was also having consistent single sales until Judas, and some 10 million behind Rihanna, who is the current top digital seller (I don't know how SoundScan adds the sales, but they are not giving full "feature" sales to her).

Very impressive for Eminem, considering "Lose Yourself" was pre-digital era and "Not Afraid" wasn't a major radio hit.

Three songs top the 3 million mark in digital sales this week: The Black Eyed Peas' "Just Can't Get Enough," Bruno Mars' "The Lazy Song" and "Stereo Hearts" by Gym Class Heroes featuring Adam Levine. It's the Peas' fifth song to top 3 million, Mars' third, Levine's second and Gym Class Heroes' first.

I thought alphabetical would be easier because you'll be checking the songs, not the totals. But here it is by sales: db.tt/pHdb4OH9You can just copy and paste on Excel and you can order it anyway you want. Or you can pm me your list and I can check for myself. Thanks very much for the list. Also I noticed in your list that many songs have been updated as of 5/6/2011. Was there an all-time digital sellers list released around that time. If you have the complete list then could you share it?

Seeing there is now nearly 300 songs that have reached over 2 million, i may cut down my updates to those that have sold over 3 million only...which is still 122 songs so far!!...what are others doing?...is it worth moving up the capture threshold???

I'm still gonna save everything I find. I already am pretty sure we don't have info on all songs that have crossed 2 million, anyway, so I'm just trying to collect the sales that are posted by Billboard, Paul Grein or other eventual place.

2,173,000 - THE BAND PERRY ALL YOUR LIFE I think Rough Stock has a typo there. It should be 625k. And, no, no updates on those other songs. All probably over 2 million by now.

Which song should end up stabilizing at all-time #2? RITD or PRA?

RITD will be ahead on iTunes from the Grammy boost, but in a month from now, it could fall under PRA again. Or it might stay ahead of it permanently. I think it could go either way.

Yahoo!'s Chart Watch is reporting this week that "Rolling in the Deep" is now the #4 song of all time. It's probably just a few weeks away from #2.

It's still no. 4 according to Chart Watch.
But it must be very few thousand units behind JD.

From twitter, the total sales for RITD so far is 6,533,000.
If that's the case then it should be just behind Just Dance.
But I am confused about the total sales here....
From Paul Grein, we got the 5,921,000 as the total sales as of Jan 1.
After that,
Jan 2-8: ~69k Jan 9-15: ~50k Jan 16-22: ~50k Jan 23-29: ~47k Jan 30- Feb 5: ~46k Feb 6-12: 126k Feb 13-19: 271k
So it sold around 659k copies after Jan 1.
Total sales should be 6.580,000 by now.
Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong here?

Also we know that RITD was at 6,000,000 at the very least after Jan 15 (since it had crossed 6 million mark by then).
It has sold 540k after that.
So the total sales must be more than 6,540,000 (and less than 6,590,000).

Well, I think the only thing you're doing wrong is using "from twitter" as a legitimate source.

Yeah, it seems so. :)
So I am gonna stick with 6,580,000 as the current sales figure for further calculations, until we get some official update from Billboard or Paul Grein.

According to Yahoo, RITD's total sales as of this week is 6,679,000.
Since it sold around 99K this week, I think I was right all along. :)
