Do you guys actually think "The Pot" is better than "Schism"? (The Pot is up 7-3 over Passive. Schism is tied 5-5 with 3 Libras)
Or is it just that you all love "3 Libras" so much lol?
I mean...there's a reason why Schism is far and beyond the most well-known MJK song haha/

I f**king love 3 Libras.
Schism is overrated. A well deserved #1, but wouldn't break my Top 20 Tool songs.

"3 Libras" is by far my favorite A Perfect Circle song. I wouldn't say it's better than some songs by Tool, but it's close.

I work with a 40 year old who swears by 90s Tool being the best music ever and has seen them in concert 3 times. Not that I'm generalizing to use his opinion to represent all diehard Tool fans, but he thinks APC are terrible. Says they're just a radio-tailored money grab. |

I can see where Baron's coming from because I got into 30STM for that exact reason but I would argue that they are not actually Tool wannabes. Also, here are my rankings for the 16 songs.

Wow, I'm late to this party.
I'll vote for "Passive" and "3 Libras". I don't necessarily like APC better than Tool, but "3 Libras" is my favorite Maynard song, and "Passive" is up there too. My favorite Tool songs aren't singles, and my favorite Tool singles have already been eliminated in the tournament or never charted on Alternative.

They may have been Tool wannabes but I actually like 30STM's debut more than I like any Tool album. As for the rest of 30STM's discography....eh not so much. |

"Schism" is the song that got me into Tool and played a very large part in my life transition from 90's pophead to modern rock fan, so I'm always going to hold that song in higher regard than most, plus the song is a masterpiece that very few musicians ever could have pulled off without falling directly on their skull. But, I get way more excited about the the chance to hear "Forty-Six & 2", "Ænema", or "Parabola"; of course I only was given the chance to vote for one of those and it didn't last long anyway.
My favorite APC is "The Outsider", and it's not even because of the video, as awesome as that was. I'd put "3 Libras" next, followed by "Pet", "Passive", and "Orestes".
Finally, yeah 32nds to Mars got minutially worse with each record, from their debut of excellence, to today where I've pretty much given up. But I'm pretty sure I'll always pull for them, because of those first two albums of theirs.
