I really like this song! It's really catchy and mainstream. I hope it does well for her!

i wonder why this is not blowing up the chart yet?i love this one and i think this has top 10 written all over it. Because most people have never heard of Jessie James. Also I think she has an image issue -- her music is most marketable to teens and young adults but her image is too adult and sexy that it alienates those fans. There's a bit of an identity crisis here. Her music sounds like old school Christina yet her look isn't pop ingenue at all -- its very mature, sexually experienced, lots of makeup. Her music is Genie in a Bottle Xtina but her look is Dirrty Xtina. Also, is she country or pop? I think she's trying to be too many things and appeal to too many groups. I don't think she has a major chance at country so I think she should go full-fledged pop. Pull back on the makeup, look a little more her age and innocent, try to appeal more to younger female listeners.

It's a super sexy version of Taylor Swift with Christina Aguilera's vocals. I don't think she needs to appeal to teens, either. Her songs aren't exactly meant for young young listeners, so I don't really see why she appeals to them. I am a young listener, but old enough to know what's what. Her songs are perfect for 15-30 year olds.

She really need to get some attention from teenagers, they are good music buyers, maily with this song she can conquer female teenagers. But in her album there are some songs as Burn It Up, Guilty and Burnin Bridges that could easily conquer the adult public!

I really think IDJ should have released Bullet instead of ILSG. But I'm surprised she isn't doing better at radio in general. Her sound is completely different than what I normally listen to but I ended up really liking her CD.
I'd really like to see her use her bluesy country influences more (like When He Turns His Love on Me). IMO, Burning Bridges, Inevitable and Guilty all sound like they could have been Carrie Underwood tracks if the latter two didn't have the sexual references. I think she might be too sexy for country though (and not blond enough?). A song like Bullet would never work at country ("Is that a gun in your pocket?").
I just don't get how she can chew gum while singing. ???

I really don't get what IDJ is thinking. For one you think they'd really want to release Bullet since it's a Katy Perry co-write. I hope it'll be her 3rd single (not counting My Cowboy) and be a big hit for her.
I'm really rooting for her to do well.

I'm guessing it will be the third single since it's going to be used for that Speed Channel promotion throughout Nov. and Dec. I hope so, anyhow.

Ah, I forgot about that. I wonder if they're going to spin the Katy Perry connection when it gets released.

This was so not a good choice for single #2... is this ahead of Sabotage? Sabotage was released about one month before ILSG. ILSG is ahead Sabotage at Airplay but is behind at the spins on POP...
