With all that marchin' in the song, I'm not sure it'll march it's way to the top. Based on the clip I am not feelin it.

I hate it. I used to think he was one of the best rappers but between "I Can" and this crap, I'm going to have to take that back.

I love this track. It is a true example of the expression of music.

I hadn't heard this until yesterday, lol. I heard it on Flow and then today I saw the video on BET RapCity.
It's not BAD, but it's pretty boring.
Nas can do so much better! Like "Oo! Che walla walla, Oo chee bang, bang! He really really liked to, work my body!"

NAS FEATURING OLU DARA Bridging the Gap Producer(s): Salaam Remi Writer(s): N. Jones, O. Dara, S. Remi Publisher(s): Ill Will Music/Zomba Music/Salaam Remi Music (adm. by EMI Music Publishing); Odar Publishing (ASCAP) Genre: JAZZ Label/Catalog Number: Ill Will/Sony Urban Music/Columbia CSK 59126 (CD promo) Source: Billboard Magazine Originally Reviewed: November 06, 2004
Old school and new school — rapper Nas and his father, noted session musician Olu Dara — commune on this aptly titled single. The pair certainly isn't the first to spotlight the fertile kinship among blues, jazz and rap, but its commentary does stand out. Part autobiography, part life teachings and part music lesson, the generational romp slowly ignites with a blues intro reminiscent of Muddy Waters. It then fires up into a blues-echoing drum-line motif against which father and son trade verses. "I told him as a youngster/He'll be the greatest man alive," Dara says, to which Nas replies, "My pop told me be your own boss/Keep integrity at every cost." Powerful stuff for young and old alike.—GM

Most boring song ever. I can't even remember the last time I liked one of Nas's singles.

Nice song but it's too nice to be a radio single. He's not talking about material things, females, or physically assulting someone. Therefore, it won't be a huge hit. Props to Nas for releasing it a single anyways.

Props to Nas for releasing it a single anyways. From what I've already heard from the advance singles of the album, I think he can pretty much say bye-bye to radio airplay. He's trying to be a full-grown artist again.

Nas has an excellent album, but I honestly don't think any of the songs on the album are radio friendly enough to get any airplay.
