By the way, don't worry. Everyone seems to have a bad update today (Miley, Jay Sean, Colbie, ..) and Justin Bieber doesn't seem to have a good airplay... You're comparing the movement of 2-3 month old songs to a song that just went for adds? Except that Miley has a big bullet and that Jay is the #1 song. |

Top 3 prediction this week: I don´t think is to difficult for britney to be #1 next week. 1. Down: 114,100 + 127,990 = 242,090 2. Party in the USA: 62,700 + 176,578 = 239,278 3. I Gotta a Feeling: 101,700 + 125,739 = 227,439 A little over 240 chart points get's you a #1 now. If Britney can pull 20-25 million in audience this week and sell 215-220k then she should take the top spot. |

This is doing pretty phenomenal right out of the gate. Too bad it's her worst single since Do Somethin.  Nope Womanizer was worse Couldn't agree more. Initially liked, later it used to make me put my fingers inside my brain and roll it around >:( |

240k seems right, but I think she can go higher. Remember that Pop bars are extremely misleading. Last week Miley's bar made people believe that she was gonna sell 210k+, she ended up 180k+ only. |

If Miley drops as much as she did last week we'll be looking at 170k from her. I wish someone counted the popularity bars that would give a better prediction on how much Britney is outselling her nearest competitor by.

This was not a normal update... It looks like a couple stations may have been removed from the panel. Today's update saw only 7 of the top 50 songs gain more than 50 spins. 31 of the top 50 lost spins, 2 held steady, and just 17 gained spins. Britney Spears' 3 was the sixth-greatest gainer.

If memory serves me correctly womanizer actually lost one spin on it's 8th day update. I think 8th day updates are usually weird for songs exploding out of the gate. That's not even mentioning the weirdness that is going on in the chart today. Everone should be expecting some pretty big bullet losses this week, with a stabilization occuring next week---at least IMO. |
