Already Gone is now a big enough success (domestically, #19 on the Hot 100, #12 on CHR/Pop, #9 HAC, #21 AC and still rising with good bullets in all formats, closing in on half a million singles sold domestically, plus having success in some foreign markets) that it seems likely there will be a fourth single off All I Ever Wanted, probably to be released after Christmas.
Here's my ranking:
1) If I Can't Have You - Dance-y est song on the album, most in tune with what's hot on radio now, shows the versatility of the album, and Kelly kills it live every time, which helps when doing promo. Doesn't feel like a smash hit but probably the song most likely to keep the era going for a fifth single.
2) All I Ever Wanted - Funky beat (you could put that beat on a BEP album and nobody's bat an eye) and rivals My Life Would Suck Without You for Kelly's catchiest sing-along belt-it-out chorus since Since U Been Gone. Upside of a potential smash but also a little riskier than IICHY. Took a while for Kelly to get it down live, but sounds great now in her shows.
3) I Want You - Very risky because it's retro and different, could bomb, and shouldn't be released until the summer, but this song can be so addictive when it gets stuck in your head. Sexiest song on the album, and just plain fun. Could end up as a big sleeper hit later in the era.
4) Ready - This song could dominate the HAC format, might even get a handful of Country spins, harder to say if it would thrive on Pop radio, but it does have a catchy chorus. The live version sounds really good.
5) Long Shot - Sounds like what it is, a Katy Perry song with Kelly vocals. Might be worth a release later if the label is looking to milk all the potential singles from this era. Kelly doesn't seem to like it much, hasn't played it live yet and apparently would have preferred other songs for the album.
6) Cry - Too slow and melodramatic for Pop radio, IMHO (yes, I know they said that about Because of You), and not a good idea to do two ballads in a row. Might chart on Country if released there - Kelly's the rare Pop artist who can cross over to Country. Kelly wanted it as the third single.
7) Day We Fell Apart - I don't see them releasing a bonus track, but this definitely has a great radio sound. Hasn't been played live, Kelly shies away from doing whole songs in a high key on tour.
8) Don't Let Me Stop You - The most Breakaway-sounding song on the album, but feels like an album track to me. Kelly dropped it from her tour setlist after complaining that it was hard to sing; it never clicked live because the verses run into the chorus so she had to let her backup singers do the chorus.
9) Impossible - Not sure if this would quite click as a radio song with its in-between tempo.
The rest are definitely album tracks. Aranda's already released its version of Whyyawannabringmedown to Alternative radio, IIRC.

IICHY. It does have a winter vibe to me and its being well received at her concerts and it did well on I tunes when AIEW was first released. Plus I picture this have an amazing video. Especially with her red hair.

ALL I EVA WANTED!!! Best song on the album. The verses are SO so catchy, I love the bass line the most. And then the chorus hits you like a freaking tidal wave with Kelly belting out aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall I ever wanted, aaaaaall I ever wanted was a simple way to get oh-ver you! I love it so much and think it would be the only other song on the album besides IICHY and maybe IWY that would do anything on the radio...

IF I CAN'T HAVE YOU, THEN I DON'T WANT ANYONE! I wouldn't mind if Cry was released next. I've been listening to it a lot lately and have fallen in love with it all over again. I just don't want to see AIEW or DLMSY released, blah.

I just don't want to see AIEW It's funny how you say this! To me, there's absolutely no question. I fell in love with the song the first time I heard it and it's become #1 on my most played songs on iTunes. I don't understand why the entire world isn't in love with it like I am.

If I Can't Have You is the smartest choice for her next single. I love "If No One Will Listen" though, not sure about it as a single, but it's just such a gorgeous vocal.

Haha, I know you love it. For some reason I just can't get into it, I think it's my lowest played (standard edition) album track from AIEW.

much as I like DLMSY, I feel - at the end up the day it would just end up a 'safe' choice and quickly 4gettable. It really wouldnt do squat for the album or era overall. Its just an effective song that would get good airplay and maybe decent-okay sales, but she needs to something to shake things up/ get outside of the safe musical box= IICHY or AIEW (both have a chance at being big hits and jump start album sales, or big flops) , but worth the risk .

It's between IICHY and AIEW for me. As Electro Funk said, both could catch on with audiences as it's something different for Kelly, but it could just miss the mark for them and kill the chance of any future singles. But, at this point, who cares? This album isn't exploding and likely won't (though it will hopefully pick up and shuffle toward platinum), so why not take some chances? I'd go with IICHY next, and if it does fairly well, end with AIEW--an appropriate era closer. If IICHY does really great, send out Cry and then end with AIEW.
As for the rest, I love them as album tracks but they should probably stay there. If Kelly and her singles/albums were on a Gaga-like fire, I'd be all for release IWY in the summer and seeing what happens, but that just seems too risky right now and I think the singles I mentioned earlier could at least still help the album.
I love Ready and Impossible, too, and think they could strike a cord, but IICHY, AIEW and Cry seem like the logical leftover choices. If people weren't into IDNHU, I can't see them falling for DLMSY, and it was on the lower half of downloaded album tracks when the album came out on iTunes. Plus, it doesn't click live and she isn't even singing it on tour anymore.

I think there are a number of tracks left on the album that could do something at radio, especially following the big hit that "Already Gone" is becoming.
My pick is "Ready", though I'd be fine with either "All I Ever Wanted" or "I Want You" instead. I would also say that "Don't Let Me Stop You" and "If I Can't Have You" both also have a shot at being a hit.
I like "Cry", but she needs to pick up the pace after AG.

^ dbh made some greats points -all of which I agree with. best point was if IDNHU didnt click w/ audiences how would DLMSY make 'that' much of a difference. As its been said endless times, IDNHU wasnt a bad song and even people who didnt like it ended up thinking it was a solid choice, but it just wasnt anything that raised the bar (same result DLMSY would be). W/out any confirmation id say its VERY likely that its really between IICHY followed by something else (but not DLMSY- most likely due to heavy resistance from Kelly).

Totally agree with wallace on this one:
1. If I Can't Have You 2. All I Ever Wanted 3. I Want You- I want this as the final single (5th/6th or whatever, to close the era with a light, spring/early summer feel, similar to 'Clumsy' for Fergie's era)

Record a new single and re-release the album. I don't see Top 10 potential in the songs remaining. None's going to sell the album too.

Record a new single- none of the ones left are really single material although it is still a great album- all the songs are good. I guess if forced to choose, I would pick IICHY if I couldn't choose record a new one.

IICHY is one of the worst tracks on the album, and its basically a re-tread of FOTW. I doubt Kelly would be willing to go through that situation again after AG.
I bet it'll be AIEW.
