Okay what a goofy show. I've never watched it before but now Taylor just won. They actually treated her like royalty with the standing Ovation and all.
Carrie has every right to win awards and I have never had a problem with her winning. It's just that this year (and last) especially in fan voted awards if anyone is beating Taylor Swift something is fishy.

All of these awards are pretty worthless to me at this point (as personally, I believe they aren't 100% genuine); I will say the show did provide for some entertaining moments. Next up, the Grammys!

It is a "goofy" show- if you're going to base something on popularity, at least the AMAs goes by sales and that kind of thing. These People's Choice may be as loopy as the Grammys have been for most of its history.
