Yeah, she wants to show a different side of herself musically and disprove all the doubts about her not being a real musician. I'm all for that, but hasn't she been doing this at nearly every high-profile performance she's done? I mean, she's played the piano at American Idol, the VMAs, the AMAs, Ellen, SNL, X-Factor, the list goes on. I'm kinda bored of the "play the piano for 45 seconds" bit. I completely agree. Someone needs to tell her that the piano thing got old.

75% of this album has lost it's flavor for the most part with me atm, but Bad Romance and Alejandro are enduring strong for me.

All the songs on the 'The Fame Monster' can be singles except for 'Teeth'. 'Monster' can be the next 'Bad Romance' ('Poker Face' part III). If they continue marketing Lady Gaga the way they have been, she can end up selling over 10 million album and over 20 million singles by the end of her 'The Fame'/'The Fame Monster' era. Her next album should be as huge as well. She is definitely a legend in the beginnings. Definitely the new Madonna (with the difference that she has been twice more successful and she's 10 times more talented than her). Again, Lady Gaga is likely the anti-christ.

Is Lady Gaga attending the People's Choice Awards? I figured she at least won Breakthrough Artist, maybe?

I hate when people compare her to Madonna because she is nowhere near Madonna right now. It will take at least a 10 year career before we can begin that talk. Part of Madonna's impact was seeing the impact after the fact anyway. Like, in 1985 people didn't know she was changing the face of music forever I wonder what Gaga's next cd will be like. I am pleased with Fame Monster and still am. It isn't a huge departure from her sound, but enough that I wasn't annoyed. I hope her third era is solid. I suppose I shouldn't think about it yet because this one won't be over for at least another 2-3 singles though. I am just interested to see what will happen in her future.

Yeah I am too interested to see what happens in her future., I agree with most of your points posted. Especially regarding the Madonna comparisons, I think she will eventually be able to be looked back at as innovating a lot of the direction music is heading, but this is yet to be known surely, and will be interesting to see. Oh and other news she's changed up the hair as I remember reading complaints about recently. from gagadaily.com

I am also tired of the minute of piano playing. I don't even think I have seen a full performance of Bad Romance yet :(

I still hope she will magically forget about Speechless **delusional** Not that I detest it. It is a good album track, but NO to the single.

Did anyone hear the new studio version of "Just Dance"? I guess she is releasing some sort of album with a bunch of new tour studio mixes.

"Speechless" is a good song but it's basically her equivalent to "Thinking of You". A nice departure from her established sound. Great song overall. Works well as a diversifier in her catalog; at least in terms of singles. But is it a smash hit waiting to happen? No way.

This is just a thought, I'm assuming Gaga's label doesn't want "Speechless" as the next single so that she can keep her run of #1s going; so does anyone think it's possible that they made a deal with her that she could perform it at all of her promo appearences if ishe agreed not to have it released as an actual single? It would make sense, because she's performed it on the AMA's, Ellen, the Vevo opening event, and the royal variety performance for the queen.

Less orange and more yellow would have been better - think Bardot in the mid-60's (cue avatar).

Monster or Alejandro needs to be the 3rd single, followed by So Happy I Could Die.

I completely agree. Someone needs to tell her that the piano thing got old. And while they're at it, tell Alicia Keys, too. Oh God, please no! Did you see her try to dance at the AMAs? That was a huge mess...stay at the piano girl...

Why is everyone saying Speechless will flop? How do you know for a fact it will? Also, congrats to Gaga on her 5th consecutive #1 with Bad Romance on Billboard Pop 100!
