On my french midterm there was a picture of her and we had to describe the picture. I put "La fille a dance et chanteu" and I was cracking up in the inside throughout the whole test after that.

I don't want to be French & want you to rub my ass are commonly misheard amongst my circle. I have the same problem. I have to constantly carry the booklet around since it is a big misconception whenever it is played on the radio or any public space or when the lyrics are being said out loud. |

What she did several days ago proves what kind of person she really is.
To cancel 3 shows out of the blue bc she was "so sick", but to appear FINE on Oprah is unacceptable. Not only that but to NOT reschedule your shows afterwards...after people made hotel and travel arrangements and paid hundreds off of a scalped ticket. Saying she was "crying for hours" does SQUAT. She seemed VERY pleased with herself being on Oprah. She got the exposure she wanted, but she just has to realize she lost an avid fan..not just me but all the shows she cancelled and refused to reschedule

If the Oprah episode is any indication, she probably would've had a tough time performing the entire show. She doesn't strike me as the sort of prima donna who would cancel a show unless it was absolutely in her best interest.

As much love as she spouts for her fans and as much campaigning as she does for them, I'm sure her canceling any show of hers was a last resort and was not a decision she made lightly. |
