You DO know this thing went for adds only 2 weeks before the freeze, right? no, i didn't know that. i hope something clicks soon, but the negative spins the past couple days doesn't bode well. WWFM was one of the few songs getting really awesome updates during the freeze, and now it's finally getting effected right at the end, but wait for next week to start when stations report their adds and it should go back up. ;) |

The song is boring, Adam has very little actual talent, and I have bigger hits from better artists to play long before I even remotely consider WWFM. I fail to see how it's "my loss." LOL |

This was to be expected, especially given that a lot of stations added it the week before the freeze, but it's still not a sign that the song has been doing better than other songs during this time period. On the bright side, aside from Jason Derulo's new song, there don't seem to be any big threats behind it. If it gets passed, it will probably be from singles that are released this month. In fact, I don't think I would call the updates "awesome," since the bullet kept shrinking, the updates were good. Someone mentioned the auto-adds, when these are added, they won't have any effect on the current number of spins, since these spins have already been factored in. The song needs spins from new stations in order to bring its bullet back up. |

Yup. And it has. It went from #41 to #34 during the freeze with only about 60 stations playing it. the fact that only 60 stations are playing it tells the story. It does tell the story. WWFM has 6 top 10 stations out of those 60 and 5 top 20 stations. Pretty much all of those stations had countdowns this week, so on Friday the song dropped because so many of its stations were playing it less due to those countdowns. Today the song lost an OHP spin and would have finished with a small positive update had it had that second spin. You DO know this thing went for adds only 2 weeks before the freeze, right? It went for adds only according to AllAccess btw and appeared there in the last minute before that adds week ended. In FMQB WWFM never got an adds date and doesn't appear in the "already out" list either yet.. |

And how come you give so much more detailed reports when you post Kris updates, it's just something I've noticed. It's the freeze, you can't really conclude anything in these strange weeks. Could you explain what all this means and why you have a sad face about it, because I have no idea about radio stuff. Probably because it is closer the the songs behind it than it is to the songs in front of it. So it has some work to do to catch up. Still, as others have said, we are still in the freeze and there is an adds date approaching. There really isn't anything to panic about yet. The song is still generally gaining. I would be very surprised if this did not make at least Top 20, and probably farther. Adam will be fine. |

Up to #71 out of nowhere. I have no idea why this song has jumped almost 10 spots in 24 hours on iTunes. It's not like there's a music video on Vh1 helping sales this weekend.
Haha! "Small market, US" apparently.
My "Large Market, US" station added this song, and I've been hearing it ever since, complete with gushing comments from our local DJ's about Adam and the song. Yay. <3 My local DJ's absolutely hated him on AI, hated him after AI, would bash him every single week on TV & the radio after every one of his performances, raked him over the coals for an entire week after the AMA's on air, but now they love this song and love Adam. It's weird. I wouldn't have believed it myself, but I've witnessed it first hand.

Decrease today, but I wouldn't worry. The biggest bullet is only +389 and almost no songs have a negative bullet larger than -200, so let's not get carried away just yet.

Songs that were older and charting high on ITunes (as part of the post Christmas rush on singles) are now dropping. Countdowns are winding down and folks are back to work, things are getting back to normal. So Adam will move up a lot over the next few days, I would guess. |

That and his desultory album sales - so far most people are just not buying Adam Lambert. Who knows if they will at some point ... but they're not yet. |
