The record's 636k by Right Round, so I guess Tik Tok is betw 600-635. Though I'm guessing that next year's Xmas #1 will beat that record if it's not beaten by that time already.

Exactly. This is the type of record that will continue to be broke a lot in the future. If not in 2010, then surely next Christmas.

I think she is going to get Flo Rida sales. She doesn't seem like the kind of artist that will be able to sell albums.

Looks like Kesha is roughly in line with the increase Gaga and Flo had in the previous two years (+163% and +190%). Those increases would translate into sales between 582k-642k.

Surprising how consistent they are, considering the number of post-Xmas days changes each year. Wish I had the stats for the week before Fergie's jump 3 years ago.

In 2011, when Christmas falls on a Sunday, sales will be massive the following week. I'd guess aroound 1 million for the #1 song.

also, when the pre-order for Kesha's album first appeared, she shot to #4 on the itunes top 10 albums, so she COULD do katy perry numbers (about 80-100k 1st week). But 600k? DAMN! Dr Luke must be happy to now have produced the singles with the 2 largest digital weeks ever.
