The single is available in iTunes and Amazon. Amazon and WOWHD have CD preorders.
Possible Track List (though due to wrong titles, not sure)
1. Don't Runaway <- should say Don't Run Away 2. Everything and More 3. Forevermore 4. Heart Falls Out <- never released LadyVMusic/David cowrite 5. I'll Never Let Go <- probably is I'll Never Go from Forevermore 6. Love Don't Hate 7. Nothing Else Better To Do 8. Notice Me 9. Tell Me 10. Wait
It's a nice mix of mostly love songs - 2 new ones from the vault, some other nice songs that first appeared on the expanded Asian Tour Edition of No Matter How Far, and 3 songs from his Philippines album Forevermore. The Billboard article and album player link in the post above should still work.
So not counting expanded/Asian editions, David has 6 albums to his own name:
David Archuleta, Christmas From the Heart, The Other Side of Down, Forevermore, BEGIN, No Matter How Far
plus there is 1 CD & DVD by Mormon Tabernacle Choir w/ David as guest soloist "Glad Christmas Tidings"
BTW the 2011 Motab+David album just hit #1 on Billboard's Classical Catalog Albums chart in July 2013. This also boosts David's count of Idol #1's, lifting him out of a tie.
"'GLAD' ALL OVER: Holiday albums usually don’t go to No. 1 in July. So season seven runner-up David Archuleta may have made chart history this week, as Glad Christmas Tidings, a Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra release that features the vocals of the American Idol alum, re-enters the Classical Catalog Albums chart in the top spot." cont'd www.hollywoodreporter.com/idol-worship/american-idol-charts-david-archuleta-593451
David is still on his mission until around April 2014. March 28/29 2014 will be his 2 year mark but they only fly out missionary groups every 6 weeks. If anyone is on twitter, he's DavidArchie there (manager Kari tweets until he returns).
Some videos from 2013 mission Christmas concerts which were open to the public.
Here are the four songs David sang in Spanish in the Dec 14 concert (Little Drummer Boy, Mary Did You Know, Oh Holy Night and acapella Los Pastores a Belen)
And David is BACK! David got back March 24, 2014. Kari posted a brief I'm Home video on David'a twitter (DavidArchie) and since then David has tweeted several times and posted this "I'm Back" vlog:
He's currently adjusting to normal life and spending time with his family.
Meanwhile, this past Sunday a very popular 1/2 hour documentary about his mission was shown on Utah TV. It starts with an introduction about his career, then goes to Chile where it follows him around and this includes many beautiful acapella hymns in Spanish sung by David (both seen and in the soundtrack). The homecoming closer to the end includes his emotional reunion w/ his family and it finishes up with a visit where he sings at the MTC and then a tearful hymn hear the end. The TV station was sure their online live streaming of the show could bear the load of watchers and they were very wrong. So they posted it afterwards here. www.ksl.com/?nid=148&sid=29350800
David said he has been writing/recording in English and Spanish and told a fan it is pop music. Some new song titles showed up on ASCAP
Breathe Easy, Love Seasons Aiming For Hope
In July David did a quick trip to Costa Rica w/ his musical manager Kari to do something. Our only clue was a photo of a clapboard resting near some audio gear, back view of a guy with a video camera and a waterfall in the background. Some thought they saw the words "DE MI" at the right end of the title area of the clapboard.
After one day home, David headed out with Dan Clark (Chicken Soup for the Soul), Jason Hewlett (comedian) and Dean Kaelin (David's vocal coach joined them as musical accompanist) and they all headed to the Middle East for almost 3 weeks, traveling between US bases w/ the troops to perform an inspirational show for the US troops. Most of their shows were in Afghanistan. Sounds pretty intense - their transports got shot at a couple of times. The guys had to wear bulletproof vests and helmets when traveling via troops carriers, helicopters and convoys. Most blogging was done by Jason and Dan but here David did a blog from Afghanistan that is posted here (includes great pic of David saluting and wearing a camo bulletproof vest) davidarchuleta.com/home/?p=5937 David singing final show song, Bring Him Home from Les Miserables
David did a surprise public performance (his first since his mission) - he was at David Cook's concert in Utah and Cook called him onstage to do Crush - great how the band picks up on it and Cook does harmony! David A misses a couple a couple of tiny high notes but he did just get back from 3 weeks of 120+ degree heat and heavy dust in the Middle East, as well as daily (and some time multiple daily) performances there.
And NEW - a new song clip! tonight we see and hear this Instagram video from a studio w/ 2 short clips of David recording a pop song in Spanish! He seems to be singing "Aparte de mí" (Apart from me) or "A parte de mí" (a part of me) so maybe that Costa Rica trip was to make a video? Someone translated what he is singing as " find that part of me now" - "and I..." (EDIT - and bummer, this clip was deleted)
