^ I completely agree. I am anticipating that Gaga will have a slow down probably sometime this Spring and if people are starting to tire of her this Spring towards the end of her TFM era, then she is in trouble for her next era as there will literally be no break between those two.

I don't see the problem of her releasing material in the fall. Mariah realesed albums every year 6 years straight.

I personally would like Monster or Alejandro after Telephone as 3rd single...maybe the other as 4th but that's it. Then wait til summer '10 for album #3 (2).

You've been wrong about most of your predictions regarding GaGa so I'm not so worried.

I don't think people will get tired of her act since that act keeps changing constantly. The only common element is that she keeps on shocking and fails to bore. People will want to keep watching her as long as she doesn't get boring, which I don't see happening anytime soon.

I don't think overexposure will be a problem as long as she delivers musically. One would think that after 4 consecutive hits at such a rapid pace, people would've had enuf of her, but BR actually puts her on another level. It raises her sales, profile and acceptance considerably pretty much everywhere, because it is so damn good. The only problem is that I don't know if she can top it with her next release. As much as I like TFM, I don't hear anything close to BR in the other songs. And I hope she doesn't overwork herself.
Striking while the iron is hot and putting out one hit after another, and thus making a considerable impression is how you make a lasting superstar, especially overseas. Overseas fans are generally more loyal over time; US fans are much more fickle, but you have to establish your presence first. Stars like Madonna, Avril and Pink are doing considerably better overseas past their peak, while Kelly Clarkson isn't. IMO, that's because during her peak, Kelly pretty much had just one WW hit, BOY. She isn't even doing that well in countries where she'd had multiple hits such as the UK and OZ. And I think that's because she just isn't very memorable personally. Somehow I don't think Gaga will have that problem. LOL
