New peaks for Hard and Telephone! Another week at #2 for BR :( If I recall correctly PF spent 9 weeks at #2, but at least that one was able to get a week at #1 between Right Round and BBP.

thanks for the chart! i'm still wondering though WHAT caused the explosion on sales for Snow Patrol's "Set The Fire..." and how Billboard allowed the track to enter the Hot 100 considering it's not a single AND it's a 4 year-old track =S I was wondering the same thing. Perhaps it has something to do with it being on their Greatest Hits album and people cherry picking it from there.

It's at #6 currently on iTunes and looking to sell less than 170k this week, while also looking like it's going to peak sooner or later on Pop/CHR. I think it's safe to say that the chances for #1 for BR on the Hot 100 chart is getting bleaker and bleaker.

It's the song used to promote the movie Dear John that has been heavily promoted on commercials for weeks now.

OMG @ both charts. What a glorious week.
* "TiK ToK" is still on top. * "Say Aah" and "Carry Out" in the Top 40 (Hot 100). :) * It's about time Alicia get a Top 10 R&B hit although I'm probably late.

Did the person who was thankful for Miley Cyrus not scoring another Hot 100 hit (forget who it was) realize that "When I Look at You" was going to debut? :)

^Is that supposed to be in one day or two? Could be- the UK apparently gets sales from iTunes (to come up with the Mid-Week rankings throughout the week), so it's not out of the realm of possibility that the labels have a way to get hold of sales info during the week.

I think it's one day sales because the song was released on the 19th and that was posted on the 20th. It's unlikely that labels can get up to date sales, they probably just get previous day sales like in the UK.
So yeah, probably it's first day sales :o

awesome that AG is #28 in its 25th week!! Does this mean it's the longest lasting song since something from Breakaway?
